SignNow makes all the difference in the world if you use Nintex Drawloop/Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I'll admit, SignNow isn't perfect yet, but they have Docusign beat hands down when it comes to the control of the tag placement, the things you can do with the tags, how the tags work, the pricing per user (3x cheaper than Docusign and we get bulk upload!) and BEST OF ALL - we don't have to run our loan doc packages twice anymore, which we had to do under Docusign. Now we send the document through Drawloop, with delivery option of "email", AND at the same time, we can right click and save the package, and when we manually upload it to SignNow, it recognizes all of the tags! With Docusign we had to run the package twice: first to email it and second to send it through to Docusign because Docusign does not see the tags if it is first saved then uploaded. You have to use a template or manually place the signatures and we have 80 tags per set of loan docs! Another thing that SignNow can do is utilize tags that are already in the document, so you don't actually have to convert all of your Docusign tags to SignNow tags. Took us a while to figure that one out, but pretty nifty so we didn't have to recode all of our documents. Although now we use Drawloop Components to place the tags depending on the Delivery Option Name, so not necessary. Another AMAZING thing: bulk upload through a .csv file so we can send out a set of loan docs to hundreds of investors in under 10 seconds. Try doing that with Docusign without paying extra. There is one thing I really love about SaaS and that is the more features they have and the more advanced things they can do, the more I can take advantage of them and make our system even better. And I haven't even finished figuring out all of the advanced features of Sign Now!
What do you dislike about the product?
SignNow works better than Docusign for us in all ways, except one, and that is that when our customers are signing their documents on their desktops, they must click on their signature and initals twice instead of once For a document with over 80 signature/initial tags, that is 160 clicks whereas Docusign would require only 80. But they are going to fix that, so once they do, I will update my review. And if you do it on your mobile device, you do not have to click twice. But most of our customers use their desktop computers to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the lending world, borrowers have to sign a lot of documents, investors have to sign, we have to sign, so in addition to the normal business documents we have 100's of loan specific documents and disclosures. The hardest thing to get to work right with the Nintex Drawloop DocGen/Salesforce/esignature platform was getting the tags onto the documents in the right place 100% of the time, without have to manually modify them once the package was generated. Don't have to worry about that anymore with SignNow.

Get Christian on the phone to take you through it. Pretty simple once they walk you through it.

The spacing changes when you try to use Word documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I searched a few months and tried a few products only to find this product to be the most effective economically product
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the basic feature could have one link for each document instead of emailing it to each individual
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People do not have access to fax machines or ability to sign on line easily without this.

Signnow is the best that I found for signing and producing documents.
reliable software and is visually appealing and orgainzed to accomplish the tasks
What do you like best about the product?
We are an insurance agency which handles large amounts of e-signatures, it's good to have a clear record of which documents are pending signatures. It's great to have a tool to easily remind clients to e-sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
it seems like there is one too many steps to send out an e-sign. It would be nice to streamline a bit more, but it would save me 10 seconds, so not a big issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting e-signatures is a breeze. I can send the e-signatures, move on to another task, and not worry that I have an outstanding item. SignNow makes it obvious that there are signatures missing.

If you need to collect signatures and need to make sure they are securely collected, then SignNow is the product for you.
Amazing easy program for signing
What do you like best about the product?
We love to use this program for our clients. Easy to use, with minimal confusion for most people.
What do you dislike about the product?
We dislike that sometimes when we are typing in the information it misses letters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the fact our clients can sign from home without the inconvenience for them to always have to come in to our office.
Easy and Fast To Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy ability to add fields to complete or signature lines. I also enjoy how easy it is to track items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the option existed to change fields after the customer had started to complete the forms existed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often customers can't visit our office to sign forms. This is a much more convenient method to obtain signatures rather than fax, or printing and rescanning.

Just give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

I wish the basic membership had a group signing feature (ability to create a link to the document).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get more returns on our documents, more NDAs signed, and its easy to use. Our clients prefer the digital interface.

An Easy and Valuable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can get documents signed fairly quickly from start to finish. The software allows for conditional signing which is crucial for our business model. Other softwares did not offer that ability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the software does not show you exactly what field you missed. For example, several of our customers are elderly and find it difficult to navigate the signing process to begin with. If they miss a required field, it will not go back and show the signer exactly what field they are missing. This could be my fault in that I am not understanding the software properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow has greatly reduced the time it takes for me to get documents signed. I am no longer chasing customers around with multiple phone calls to make sure they get things signed and sent back to me.
Best thing ever
What do you like best about the product?
With SignNow, I love the ability in being able to create templates so I can just change emails and get going. I appreciate the reminders I can set and then the storage. This is just great!

I actually don't have anything to dislike. I'm not a super corporation so it's just one user and sending stuff through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to electronically sign for my employees and contracts with my clients.
