well priced yearly subscription, easy to setup and manage

What do you like best about the product?
Templates are easy to set up, well priced yearly subscription, highly responsive customer care
What do you dislike about the product?
'Download to CSV' option is available only in the Premium plan.
Need a mechanism to send 'Thank you' mail after obtaining a sign from members/customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were planning to use digital forms to simply our membership signup process. With digital forms, we can see a quicker response from our members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are looking for easy to set up & economical solution, signnow is a very good solution.

Saves so much time for me!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use but I like most the capability to do business with my clients without being face to face or sending emails or faxes back and forth. This saves us time and has shorten the time we close business deals. I still have not use it, but I like that my clients will be able to pay using signnow.com documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users are just used to paper and are still a little reluctant to processes that use documents signed in this way. I don't like that I can't edit the PDF files while inside signnow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am streamlining internal processes, signed documents are in one place and a template away.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start with a couple of documents or a short process, see how it works with basic things and by looking around you will figure out how it can help you in your document management.

Would be great if KIOSK mode could have a folder of files for signing instead of just one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a busy medical office with many documents to sign by patients each day.
We are trying to streamline the consents.
Will eventually move to sensitive information like intake forms when we re more experienced with SIgnNOW

Everything I need to Run my Beta

What do you like best about the product?
First, the product offers everything I need to run my beta program documents in a secure and manageable way. What sold me was a call after my trial ended from a member of signNow to touch base with how my trial experience went. The fact that the business cares about its customers is rare in a SaaS and makes me feel confident in selecting signNow as our preferred document management solution partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface for first time entrepreneurs can be a bit of a daunting task for some. Need more explicit features describing exactly what the service can offer for early entrepreneurs. Although I am glad with my choice of signNow, I would have preferred if the trial was extended from seven days to fourteen days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running a beta test program for a hard-tech device I am launching with a partner. Our team is small and we needed a solution that could allow users to input special values such as address and performing the beta test at their home,as well as bulk sending and compatibility with Google Drive as well. We have saved an enormous amount of time with signNow allowing us to focus on product improvement rather than scheduling and booking for beta testing.

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the fact that you can create folders to organize all your files especially if you have multiple projects. There's also the ability to create a team that would then allow your colleagues to access documents and work collaborative on the same account. You also have the option to create templates on forms that you usually use frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be that it is a little difficult to navigate the system as a first timer but once you got the hang of it, it's easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits that I have been having since using is being able to send request for esignature on time sensitive documents. This is also my primary use of signnow since we shifted to fully remote work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create templates so it speeds up my workflow when I need to send different types of contracts to my clients. The interface is easy to use for myself and my clients. I also love how reasonable priced the subscription is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the 'homepage' to be a bit more organized. Perhaps a way for me to categorize them by month/date or category of the type of contract it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to send invoices separately using a different program but I can merge my invoices with my contracts and send them all as one document.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability for forms to be shared across accounts, and I like their kiosk functionality. I also like that the forms are automatically saved in Google Drive. Probably my FAVORITE thing is the price - very affordable and offers unlimited forms for that price. I do like that there is the possibility for API integration, although it's on a higher paid plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting forms into the shared folder/template section is a little clunky, and their API functionality isn't available unless you have a larger paid account. If you want more than one account, they market that you only need to buy a basic account for you team, but they don't let you know that those basic accounts can't really do anything relating to some of the team documents...other than see them. We also encountered a bit of a bug when changing the Google Drive folder the documents were supposed to goto - ended up having to get their tech customer service in on it, and it should've been a simple solve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a simplified user experience for events, which the kiosk offers. We also wanted a better team functionality - we did get an upgrade with SignNow, but it could still be better. The MAIN problem we solved was pricing. SignNow is very affordable and offers unlimited signed documents, which is what we needed. Our previous document signing platform (they shall remain nameless) was going to jack up our price tremendously, and also limit the number of documents we could have signed each month...that's what forced us to look into a new platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's definitely cheaper than other alternatives and has good functionality for the price. It doesn't have the most bells and whistles, but the price makes it valuable. If you are wanting unlimited signed documents, a decent user functionality, a great kiosk function, and don't mind a little clunkiness for the price, you will be getting a great product in SignNow. I definitely recommend it!

if you are willing to pay a little more, I might upgrade your account and go with one of the higher plans, and get that level for multiple users. I think some of our pressure points would be alleviated at a higher price point, but we are fine with the more affordable choice.
