SignNow for the WIN!
What do you like best about the product?
As a small non-profit organization, we appreciate the accountability and protection these documents afford us with our volunteer teams. This service gives us the ability to gather the captured signature of each volunteer entering our Hope Centers and also uploads the completed time-stamped files directly into our google drive for safe-keeping for an affordable price. We appreciate these services greatly as they save us time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more integration options. For example, we use Little Green Light and it would be a huge time saver to have these docs uploaded and mapped into our DMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, it solves many of our issues but not all. Still an immense time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please create API for Little Green Light.
Easy, Fast, and Just What I Need!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the system. It makes it easy to work with and helps me to help my clients when signing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to do my signature each time I need to sign. The MY SIGNATURE box should remember the signature, and allow you to place it without the box prompting you to make a selection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are making it easy for our clients to sign paperwork for applications. This allows us to do business across state lines, giving the clients and easy to use system and not having to travel to sign documents all the time.

adding signature blocks can be tedious...is there a way to edit a previous doc instead of starting all over?

Perfect and affordable for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I have a small 14 person business, which is paperless. We manage all our files in Google Drive. Every document we sign we do it using SignNow, then we store it in google Drive, the operation is seamless, easy to use and very, very easy to transfer when someone else needs to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
archival characteristics are limited and confusing when using an iPad

We don't have any more paper files (unless someone hands us one like the bank)

What do you like best about the product?
The best about SignNow is how easy it is to use for both our firm and our clients. The interface is intuitive and the overall UX makes creating signable forms completely hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes regarding SignNow, the product works well for our needs.

It used to be difficult for our clients to turn around signed legal documents. With SignNow, they can easily sign their name with their smartphone and we don't have to wait for the mail or them to fax anything to us.

Love the creation of job sheets on site and the ability to email it straight to the office or client.

Can’t think of anything. I use the app daily and works flawlessly.

The ease and speed with which documents can be sent out and returned. It's made a big difference to our business

Sometimes the platform is slow, laggs and we have to log out and back in or refresh several times. Not often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting paperwork sent out and returned much faster when we didn't have the platform. Clients love the simplicity of it.

If you send out paperwork to be filled out or signed by a third party, SignNow will make your life a lot easier!

I love being able to save different samples of contracts. Adding fileds are very easy and the process of colecting signatures is very good.

Absolutely nothing. Very easy to use and great to keep organized.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow fits all our needs. It's quick, easy, customizable, looks official, and is totally affordable. I use it on a daily basis.

There have been two times over the past 18 months that I've been using SignNow that it went down but that's understandable with any company
