The first signature App I have used and did not cancel the subscription.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It has all the features I need in a signature app.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time everything seems to function as per my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving having to (in the past) getting someone to print the last page, sign and send back to me. The main benefit is that it is a professional solution to sending out an agreement for signature very quickly and getting a signed document back.

What do you like best about the product?
I welcome the overall ease of use. I can upload an expense report for signature and emailing to my manager without using the other, more advanced features of SignNow that I might use when circulating a contract, for example. It really is as easy to use for a single page document needing my signature, as it is a large contract needing multiple party sinatures with multiple email recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few frustrating run-throughs with a dummy contract to catch onto the use of the left-hand prompts and to get my desired results. I would have appreciated a simple step-by-step list to guide me through the initial learning phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ability to use any document format I created (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) or a file sent to me by someone outside my organization. All documents, regardless of the source, can be signed with ease, and I can add criteria such as required fields, required signatures, or establish email protocols as needed.

Sign Now - Legal document automation made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to upload a template and send legal documents to hundreds of people a day with ease. It meets all requirements we are legally obligated to achieve and is inexpensive for what you get. It's extremely user friendly, and took me all of 10 minutes to understand and start using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to decipher some documents when they come back signed due to the system assigning a strange code in place of the document's name. Example: Agreement_274 instead of "Contract-Customer Name".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using sign now to get legal documents executed with customers across the nation. It allows us to be in multiple places at once essentially and conduct business across thousands of miles without messing with a fax machine or scanning and emailing.

SignNow is a GREAT option for streamlining the collection and execution of legal documents. The IP signature meets most legal standards and has been an amazing asset to our organization.

SignNow is an awesome Platform. We can always rely on the SignNow system to get the job done!

When adding fields, it can be challenging to include numerical values. The pdf scanned in has small spaces for the number value, but the SignNow text box has a minimum size requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We enjoy the auto-fill feature when uploading a document to SignNow. We have found that it saves a lot of time and energy.
An easy affordable electronic signature solution
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is easy to use and much more affordable than other options in digital signature capture. The app is very convenient to sign on the go and allows my tenants to sign from my phone for the less technology-friendly folks. The ability to create and store templates makes creating contracts super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software is a little clunky and not as "pretty" as other options. Not a problem for me as I prefer the affordability and not willing to pay for flashy software. App crashes occasionally but usually works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to quickly and easily obtain signatures for contracts and forms with the peace of mind knowing that they will have the highest security available. Using the app in the field to have tenants sign remotely has been very beneficial.

A superior option to other high-priced signature solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SignNow has been the user interface. It also sends follow up emails I believe which can be helpful when a client misses the first email to sign. I believe you have to set a preference to send follow up emails but they can be very helpful. I also like that people can download the app to sign their documents making it a seamless process as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time it requires to create a document, I'm only going to use one time, but that will be the case with any app. I would like to see follow-up emails automatically sent vs. having to set them up manually for each document you need to be signed. All in all, it's been an excellent app for the price compared to other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get signatures I need in a fraction of the time it's taken using other methods. It makes me look professional and well integrated with technology for existing and potential clients which is important in today's technological age.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed clients return signed documents, and none have asked for help. The process of signing documents is clear, concise, and requires very little computer know-how. I like the straight-forward process my clients go through to return the document to me.
I love the automatic reminders, and the ability to upload documents that contain the form fields already placed. The process is easy, quick, and requires no additional oranization from myself or clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Finding FAQs is sometimes tricky. It'd be great if there were a help/directions resource on the home page to speed up document creation. I'm not too fond of the difficulty of learning to use the program to create documetns and the lack of resources when signed in. I would like to see either mouse hovering for explanation implemented or a "quick guide" overlay that explains each item on the screen.

Missing important signed documents is a thing of the past. Following up is easier than ever since I can set it up to remind clients automatically. I love the set it and forget it automatic reminders. The benefit of Sign Now is reduced time spent verifying and following up on missing documents. The easy-to-use archive makes viewing outstanding documents easy.

easy way to operate the files and to send documents, also the way that your client accepts this third-party application
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a bulk feature that I can pay for a specific month instead of a year commitment, for example, at the beginning of the year I bulk-email people and the lower down to normal use.
