SignNow is easy to use, with no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple signers via link (no email) would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures is significantly faster and easier, and clients/partners are less likely to try to change the terms and documents before signing.

SignNow is easy to use, effective and reasonably priced.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and easy to use as a document sender and a document receiver. There are constant updates to the site to allow more functionality. Since starting with SignNow there are things that I always hoped the site had and before long, those functions were implemented. For example, uploading multiple documents at one time instead of one at a time as well as adding and deleting documents from an already created document group template. I also like that you can replace a signer when a document has been sent because sometimes the email provided is incorrect and you mass resend, move, download and delete documents. I like the direction that SignNow is headed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit/remove documents from a Document template group or document group once it has been sent to a signer. Also when sending bulk invites, the documents sent automatically move to archive so it would be nice if they move to the "documents " section instead. Currently I have to move each individual document to the documents folder. I also wish the site would allow you to upload an email signature that would automatically populate when you want to send a document to someone with a message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to send and receive our employees documents since all of our employees work in different states than where our headquarters is located. Documents get sent and signed very quickly now that they can be accessed from anywhere. We also used to struggle with documents not being completed in full, but with the "required" check box, it allows us to make fields required to be filled out before a signer can move on to the next form. Our HR department now works more efficiently and this platform saves time since most things can be done within a click of a button.

Move forward with using it, you won't regret it. It is a great tool and will make you more productive.

Not hard to not like it. It took a little while to get used to it and I prefer to use on laptop rather than phone

I used to have to drive to a client to have documents signed. I can now get the client to sign right away.

I found that it is very fast in communication when each stage of e-signing is completed. Also I like the fact that the signature on the form is looking like normal signatures rather than the ones with ugly boxes like some other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I am Australian user, it would be great if there is default settings for date types which is defaulted to US format then I do not have to change the date format every time. And also I would like to see automatic reminder functions so I do not have to follow up the requests manually.

As an accountant getting the signatures on the documents used to be one of the biggest time wasting process but now it is simple and removed lots of manual printing & scanning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have done researches quite a lot before I signed up with SignNow. I found that SignNow is the most affordable and powerful e-signature software which I believe that it will meet requirements of most people. But please to advised that SignNow does not provide automatic validation report when completed or there is no dash board or reports to show statistics like some other major players do have.

I like that we have the option to either e-mail or text over a link for the customer to click on and allow them to sign documents on the go.
I also like that we can put a multitude of documents up and combine them into one. It makes it easy to send over one document for the client instead of having to send a lot of different ones and wasting their time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the growing pains have been alleviated, but the thing that I most dislike is sometimes when I upload a document and go in to add a signature field, it's already populated a signature field, sometimes in a place that I don't want it to be. For instance, I uploaded a PDF that already prefilled, but when I uploaded it, Signnow wanted me to put some type of value in like 100 different spots. I would love the option to "Clear All" or something, because I had to click each box and X it off. It was kind of annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are required to sign documents when they reduce coverage or cancel coverage, and this gives me the option to keep those documents on file without having to make them stop by the office every time we require a signature.

Definitely try it for yourself. It works very well.

Having an easy way for clients to sign "Release of Information" forms quickly and it's also mobile friendly. We needed a way to streamline this and Sign Now answers this problem.

Easy to use and turn around times are great. I can get my client's signatures on documents in a matter of minutes. Previously to using SignNow, I had to wait for the clients to print out documents to sign and scan back to me. This was an issue because not everyone has a printer at home. SignNow has eliminated that issue.
The time savings and turnaround time are by far the best feature. It's super easy to learn and use SignNow. I love how I can make templates and just make a copy for quick reference

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could save the email body as a template. I also think the mobile app can be improved upon. I tried using a few times and had a hard time so I usually stick with the desktop version. The future is going to be mobile so I see myself wanting to use the mobile app more moving forward.

Turnaround times are greatly improved and so is the client experience. The time it takes to get documents signed has been significantly improved. This process used to take days in some cases. If the clients is on the phone, I send them forms to e-sign and walk them through the process in minutes.
The benefits to my clients are also something I love about SignNow. If they don't have a printer and scanner at home, it's not a problem. This used to be a big issue in my business.

I would say you should give SignNow a try. It's been a huge time saver for me and my clients when trying to get documents signed. A lot of times I have to work under tight timelines and this time-saver has made it so much easier to get everything approved before my deadlines.
