Great for school forms
What do you like best about the product?
Great way for parents and students to sign important documents after virtual meetings (parent conferences, EL student meetings, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. Maybe that you can't put two email addresses for one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of getting secure parent signatures for school.

It's reliable and easy to use for me. It helps with closing.

It is sometimes confusing for the signer depending on the contract and user.

it has it moments when it does not want to work correctly where I need documents completed and did have a hard time connecting with IT.

Easy and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to upload documents, add people to sign and manage the process from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is that when you add a recipient that's already in your list, it doesn't save their first name, it just shows the first part of their email address, so you have to amend the first name each time.

Happy with my experience with SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
That it is a secure way for clients to fill out forms virtually, and I have easy access to them. The price is also fair, especially compared to other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing documents is not the easiest and can take a bit of time, but it is manageable. But while it isn't completely "user-friendly" for me, I can admit that could be due to my lack of my understanding on how some of it works. Also, the site tends to lag. It takes quite a bit longer for things to load than other sites.

I needed a secure way to be able to have clients fill out forms online that I could access as soon as they completed them. SignNow allows this.

The system is easy to use, easy to install, easy for the customer to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
needs more direction on merging documents, would like a statement that the open in browser is easiest to use.

Best and most affordable e-signature software
What do you like best about the product?
Our team was searching for an affordable software that could also create a link to embed on a website. Sign Now was by far the most affordable option.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues at all with sign now.

To embed specific unlimited e-signature forms for users on a website without having to "invite" them to sign.
Easy to use, just wish there was a way to edit

Easy to use and makes sense. Keeps everything organized fairly easily for us.

If i want to make a simple edit to a document. I have to open it in word or google docs. Make an edit and then redo everything on signnow. I wish there was a way to create the document in signnow so that it was easier to edit.

We use this alot for customers to have contracts with us. Easy to send to them and sign and then have stored in one spot.
