Excellent service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can send anyone a document and it's easy for them to sign and how fast it comes back to me. This is a great service when doing business and needing clients to sign documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about SignNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get my clients documents that need to be signed.

Helps Streamline Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to customize a document for our clients to sign. Makes the process so much easier for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to release information quickly to our clients because there is no more middle man. It not only looks more professional but saves our clients’ time.

Definitely makes working with clients much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
It works! And the price is much better than the alternatives. As a small business I'm not prepared to pay more for a signing app than I spend on either all the telephone calls for the business or broadband. Which is what the alternatives charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only very small things such as limited formatting for some of the input fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the process of clients signing documents much easier and hassle free for them.

The Downside for me is I can only Merge documents from computer not iPad.

When my clients sign they say they have to download the app, which is inconvenient for them. Is there no way to sign without getting into an app?

Time, efficiency, data management. Allows me to get work done my coworkers can't dream of getting done as quickly waiting for wet signatures

It's easy, and aesthetically pleasing which helps clients feel better about interaction with it

I like that the program is very simple to use. I also like that the mobile app is even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to automatically re-send a request for signature bases on an intermittent schedule.

We are definitely more efficient with acquiring client's signatures, etc.

Super easy to upload documents and have people sign.

That you have to upgrade (and pay more) to send a single document out to multiples addresses to sign individually.

In exepensively having people signing documents and being able to safely store those signed documents.

Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of this product makes business streamline easier. We are able to have clients who are tech savvy and not so tech savvy use the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few issues to start with but now I'm used to how the program works. It's pretty easy to navigate.

This is allowing us to have an instant signature for transport agreements and locking in clients faster.

User Friendly and Good for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
Before using SignNow, I had worked with one other e-sign program, so I am no expert by any means. What I liked best about SignNow, is it was very easy to jump right into using. We are a small business and primarily use it to have new sales partners sign their agreements, payment schedules, etc. It was easy to add a combined agreement and insert text, date, and signature fields. I also like that it provides a link and an embed code depending on your version you purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes were not being able to easy remove and/or replace pages of a template or uploaded doc, and I also could not use the Uploads field/feature when sending a link to a template. So, if I needed uploads, I had to send the individual an invite to sign rather than use our templated/automated recruiting email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an affordable e-sign program without limits on how many we send out or use. We also wanted the link and embed option, and SignNow met both of those primary needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to check your integration capabilities such as with your CRM system or any other data hubs you use if needed.

Still a bit hard to get our older employees to adopt digital signing tech, but that will change.

Getting documents signed quickly allows us to finalize deals without lag time in the middle. People always take their time returning documents, lengthening our sales cycle. SignNow solves this by making it easy to sign, even on mobile, which is increasingly important.
