Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep accurate records of the testing materials we send out for state testing. It has allowed us to track down missing items several times based on who signed to receive the items.
What do you dislike about the product?
When loading documents, it sometimes takes a long while to upload, even with a fast connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track state testing materials. As said before, it has helped us track down lost materials.
Great for HR Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to send documents to anyone in the company for approval / signature, regardless of their location and travel schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using editable pdf's, it occasionally takes too long to remove unneeded fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has definitely streamlined and saved time in the processing of our Human Resources approval forms.
Easy agreements
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and convenient. This takes one more potentially annoying task out of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the auto-confirmation emails don’t arrive properly - they may go to spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inter company agreements and contracts. Our company staff and hires reside all over the world.
Simple, it works
What do you like best about the product?
I love the document template feature. My business tends to send the same document frequently and the template feature makes it so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite annoying that you can't change title names. You often have to delete and upload a new file if you need to change the name. Also, it isn't easy to go back in and edit fields, they become frozen and un-editable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer use paper contracts of any kind and this has saved so much time! Everything is signed and filed much much much more quickly.
SignNow - A great tool for your collection
What do you like best about the product?
Get documents signed and returned quickly. Its easy to use for me, but more importantly for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is quirky when you are trying to set up a document, but very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to get signatures quickly and neatly, and without faxing back and forth. It works well with our paperless office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it, even my most tech challenged medicare clients can use sign now! :-)
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is easy to use and to upload documents. You can also customize the emails attached to the document being signed and send copies to individuals outside of the signing group. Overall its easy of use is above average and the price is affordable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any dislikes at all. Im pleased with the program. I think that non-users have to sign up to use the service so if thats true some people may think that is a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like to minimize paper so it helps with that and for non-local signers.

The functionality. It's easy to set up and easy to use. This product provides us the ability to better serve our members.

Nothing at this point. We're still new to the process but as time goes by we may find something.

This product allows us to send various documents for signatures which provides a higher level of convenience for our members

This product is competitively priced so if you're considering a digital signing product try this one. If by some small chance it doesn't work for you the small cost allows you to move on.
Simple, intuitive, and a real time-saver!
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow saves my company time be allowing documents to be signed quickly rom any location on a mobile device or web browser. In addition, preparing documents for signatures is simple and it has nice workflow and audit trail features to help us track the status of documents out for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
When text or date boxes are inserted with pre-populated values, the text can be difficult to see (from the mobile client, anyway) and is sometimes not in the location it was intended (ie. date shows up higher than intended and needs to be adjusted manually).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to sign many documents for the business but it is most helpful with time sensitive documents, such as purchase orders & SOWs, which helps us close business faster with our customers. It is also great when you need many people to sign a document or when you need multiple signatures on a single document. SignNow makes it much easier to manage that process.
Easy to annotate, sign
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to annotate, sign and have delivered same day. I have used this multiple times working with my home office in another state.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when there is a lack of business, it can be costly. It would be easier to have a pay per signature using premium features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not waiting for something in the mail to be signed. It can be signed electronically.
Review of SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very user friendly. It's a great alternative to emailing a PDF to a client who then has to print it, sign it, and then scan back in to email it back. It makes our new client process much quicker and easier. It's easy to add an additional signer as well. I like the templates option for sending out standard documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a setting so I didn't have to keep changing the "customize signer email" portion every time. It will automatically send from an email address and we change it every time to be send from our office name instead. I feel it looks more professional that way and there's no confusion as to who it's coming from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to send our fee agreements via email and the client could fill in all their information through the fillable form except the the signature, so they would print, sign, scan, and email. Now it's all done electronically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SignNow is user friendly, affordable, and makes getting client signatures so much easier than email, print, sign, scan, email.
