Ease of SignNow use
What do you like best about the product?
we can get documents to applicants quickly.

templates are at the ready to send out to our customer base quickly saving a lot of wait time.
Great value for cost
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very easy to set up and use with sales and admin team. After doing a thorough review of the various services, I selected SIgnNow for their combination of services at a great cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been occasional formatting problems when uploading Word docs. I would like to be able to save a custom sending note rather than manually updating each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use system speeds up our ordering process to confirm new sales and send reminders.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient interface, easy to modify and cheap. Everything works as expected, and we have had zero issues using the program. We upload our documents, edit them in their program, then create a link and have our customers sign it. And if there are any issues, or something needs additional editing we just go back into the program and quickly fix the issue. From start to finish, we can upload and edit a doc, while emailing a sign here link in under 10 minutes. We would not be able to operate without this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, everything has gone as expected. I think we had a few issues uploading docs, but wasn't anything to really worry about, and we fixed it rather quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlines all on-boarding for us. Also makes getting our fee sheets signed much easier. The price we pay for this annually was paid on the first day we used the program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy with confidence, you won't be disappointed. We paid for the annual cost of this program in the first day we used it. Makes getting fee sheets, and on boarding documents signed much more simple. If you are in financial services, or anything where you work with companies out of state then this program is a necessity for your business. I can actually show a boost in profit from the day we signed on with this company, it is a crucial part of our business.
Great for Real Estate
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use format. Even my clients who are technologically challenged can figure out how to set up a signature and sign their documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a bit better. Sometimes my computer has trouble loading the "placing signature" part of the process... Could be my old computer though. Also placing signatures can be tedious, there should be a way to duplicate signature spots or initial spots on each page. I.E. my client needs to initial the bottom of each page, should be a way to place that initial box on every page. Also dislike the cost of the program. While $7/month is very reasonable, and it is way way cheaper than DocuSign's $30+/month, there are other programs out there for Realtors that are even cheaper now. Through our MLS, they are offering Authentisign for only $35/year. I may switch services with that great of a price difference. Perhaps offer an annual pricing at a discounted cost? I would absolutely sign up for a full year at a time of Sign Now if it was only $35/yr. Lastly, archiving documents could be a bit easier. Or perhaps a way to sort them into folders?

It is quick an easy to get important documents signed. A definite time saver is the "apply to all email roles" button. Excellent feature

ability to generate custom URLs to send to clients within existing email chains

I would like there to be a character limit option for text fields.

We had very slow turnaround from clients who had to print, sign and scan contracts in order to return. We can complete many more orders now

What do you like best about the product?
Saved templates, quick and easy turn around for new signers. Copies sent to both parties and saved for our records.

Have had reports that signees have issues trying to do it on mobile.

NDAs, contracts, revised handbooks, keeping employees up to date and ensuring they've read and agree to new updates.

Give it a try. Very easy to use, especially on a recurring basis.

The price is very reasonable. It is also very easy to use and implement for my company.

There is no phone customer support. And because this is on the cloud it is sometimes slow to load.

It's been a seamless process each time we are in a rush

We like the ease of customizing fields and the ability to efficiently leverage templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI is a bit clunky at times. It's still workable but it could use a little fine-tuning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has expedited our ability to receive new agreements back quickly. It has certainly saved my old school colleagues time from fiddling with paper as they have loved to. It has also made our company look up to speed with the times. If you are still getting paper contracts you are a bit out of the loop.
