Some functions still can be improved
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to drag files to build documents and send to signature to someone by email.

Some layout and chinese characters will mass up after downloading.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn to navigate and learn how the platform works, it is (for the most part) it tends to get a little bit uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a list:
As a new person that came on board to use Sign Now and in a management position:
1. There was no one to guide me and show me how to use this platform.
2. There IS no customer service line to call (800-number) direct to get assistance or someone to walk me through the "How To's" of Sign Now.
3. It feels like one is on their own as there is a lot of time wasted through " testing" the templates and dealing with trial and error.
4. This platform makes me feel like I am island of my own as I am navigating through it to learn the steps.

At this point in time, I am simply using it as needed.
A benefit is that candidates don't need to come to a brick and mortar to sign paperwork, but rather can do complete the paperwork process in the comfort of thier home.

It is difficult to add lots of names to a document because of the layout of the UI

Easy to get contracts signed remotely by authorized signers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This platform contains the basic functionality and is easy to use, but lacks some other basic features that I would like to be able to use, even for an additional fee.
Very user friendly! An easy way to get contracts signed.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is that each document is very customizable. You can require certain fields so that recipients can't finish signing a document if they've skipped important fields. We use the template features weekly for major contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a document is uploaded, you can't edit it directly anymore. You have to edit the original and reupload it into SignNow. It can be time-consuming. But once you get the text of the document completed, then it's smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to sign all our contracts. It really saves a lot of time, as our clients don't even have to create a login to sign the document. They just click through the guided fields and submit, and it's done!
Very efficient DMS
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is one of the best, simple and efficient DMS that I had ever seen, it is very simple to configure, UI looks great, very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizable fields could add more value to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of document management problem and reduces lot time consuming and redundant activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Absolutely! I would recommend SignNow over any other DMS, as it is very competitive and inexpensive.
SignNow is great for getting documents signed without having to run around collecting signatures.
What do you like best about the product?
Getting signaures in a more timely structured manor. No more having to leave papers at someones desk for days. Multiple people can view the document at once time to sign. I like the levels so if you want some to sign before others, that is doable. It is environmentally friendly since not as much paper needs to be printing when routing for signatures. Documents can also be stored electronically, so it does away with all those terrible physical standing filing cabinets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to delete previous employees who no longer work at the company from my list of options for signing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more having to leave papers at someones desk for days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely think about it! It really helps out in time management and organization of signing documents. It also helps the environment due to not needing so much paper. If errors occur and someone declines to sign, the edits can be made and resent through SignNow without ever needing to re-print something. It is really wonderful.

It is not user friendly. Customer have a hard time finishing.

Getting authorization forms signed when customers are not on site.

we can't change the "profile" name of who its coming from. we need it coming from our company, not an individual. we would like to customize the email people receive.
