The Only Contract Solution I Need
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow's robust suite of tools allows me to add fields to any type of document for any purpose, and disseminate the documents in any method needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some situations, there are more options and complexity available and required to prepare a document than is required, for simple documents. There is no way to quickly and easily fill documents with one click through the app, such as for filling out a standard photo release for multiple people on iPad on the fly in the field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do all my business contracting digitally, and manage all my documents which require signatures and authorization from others using SignNow.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of the platform. It makes it simple to add documents, enter the fields and have it sent out and signed easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints whatsoever. I have yet to have any issue with the product; neither the web version nor the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow gives me the opportunity for my clients to be compliant with their signatures with the convenience of not having to travel to me to complete their documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient for clients to sign paperwork on the go. We get contracts back so much faster than previously when asking for paper copies to be signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in awhile I can't upload a contract & request a signature. The problem is usually corrected soon though. Could be easier to change reminders & expiration.

Most of our clients are constantly on the road and don't want to stop to print something out. We get contracts back so much faster than previously when asking for paper copies to be signed.
Quality E-Signature Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and it works. DocuSign, Adobe EchoSign and several others were evaluated and this seems to be the best solution for the cost
What do you dislike about the product?
The price was raised but it's still relatively cheap. It said the basic version was $5 a month when I signed up for the trial and then after signing, the price was raised to $8. Not a big deal but it was a little bit annoying to see that during the trial process

We get our documents back faster and there is no confusion with printing and scanning docs or annotating PDFs.

Easily prepare documents for signing, easy to understand workflow for sending docs to multiple signers, at once, or in turns. Integration with Google Drive to automatically download signed documents to your personal drive.

At the moment one can only upload PDF, no native support of .docx, .gdoc or other formats.

Perfect solution to avoid sending around paper documents for signing, that end up being printed, signed, scanned and over and over again.

Mass Daily Contract Sending
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily send out bulk emails. It is very convenient to connect the documents to box in order to save them once they are signed. It is nice to be able to put out logo on the document when we send it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the mobile application is so difficult for people sign and submit complete documents. I dislike that it is not displayed the total daily maximum of emails that can be sent and that you have to ask to increase capacity. I have many complaints from signers that they believe they have signed the contract but we have not received it. I think there needs to be a better interface for the signer of contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send out large volumes of contracts. The ability to create a link for document signatures means that everyone in the company has the ability to send important waivers out for signature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have signers sign on a computer and not through the mobile application as it is super glitchy and many people believe they have submitted it and it never goes through.

Ease of use of interface - there is no question at what stage each document is at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that every time I have to change an uploaded document, I don't know of a way to just change the current file that is uploaded in the same record. I need to delete the document I was working on, and upload a totally new doc with the same emails and signors, etc

SignNow allows my in the field employees to fill out forms without having to return to the office.
What do you like best about the product?
The templates function has transformed our intranet. I can post a fillable form on the intranet and my employees in the field can easily access it on their tablets and send us information. This has increased efficiency, and decreased communication issues by instantly alerting office staff to newly submitted forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, the ease of the online software makes it a breeze to use. Price is fair and below many competitors. If I had to pick, I think maybe the dashboard display could be improved.
