SignNow is a wonderful solution for any startup, or business on a budget
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is extremely cost effective, contains the necessary features, and is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may not be as feature rich as some of the other more expensive alternatives in the space, but has what is required for a simple and effective e-signing solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SignNow, we were either manually signing and scanning or e-signing through PDF. This made it challenging to facilitate a workflow where multiple people had to sign the same document. SignNow makes it easy to add any number of signers, and capture the needed signatures, initials and information from each.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a cost effective, easy to use e-signing platform - I would highly recommend SignNow.
Good for Employee forms
What do you like best about the product?
It cuts out the need for printing to have employee sign forms. It also allows us to add deadlines to sign documents before they expire for offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has changed recently. Before when you created a document group, it would ask you to name it. Now once you select the documents to go into the document group, there is a little pencil where you have to edit a default group name and then another button that you need to press to accept the change. If you don't press that second button, it reverts back to the default name. It's not intuitive as it was before and I wish they would change it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to expedite the hiring process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create document groups so I can send multiple things at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit document groups after I have already created them. I wish there was a way for the person signing the contract to make changes (that I have to approve) before they sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am receiving contracts back much quicker than I was going through the mail.
Great utility for dealing with customers who are far away
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very useful, I use it every time I need someone's signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in SignNow that I do not like.

I don't have to take documents to those customers who are far away.

It is very useful
Really good bit of software, but can be a bit buggy from time to time

It's really simple to use and allows us to get through our workload within a quick turn over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs that sometimes occur can easily break our workflow which leads to lack of progression for our files. Given that we are a legal team, it is integral to our business that files are opened and closed within a reasonable time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing everything paperless allows us to save on postage costs, the signing of documents is completed within a fraction of the time it would normally take and the feature to cc people n on the document so the receive a fully executed document, is also very helpful in freeing up time.

The crm i use has focusing built in and I wish this was instead.
A major thing I dislike is if a document has a typo that needs a correction. I have to redo the whole document placing signatures again

I don’t have to meet clients face to face. It has become acceptable in many industries
Easy. Fast. Clients also find it easier and faster to move projects forward.

Advantages: Speed, easy of use, notifications, tracking

Honestly it's way easier than emailing, signing, scanning and sending back so I have no dislikes.

Turnaround time on signing of contracts and getting started on projects. Also record keeping has improved.

It's user friendly and easy to use as well as navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add or change documents to existing document group templates. Not being able to edit document once fields have been saved. It takes time to re-do these things from scratch

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very sleek and straightforward, modern and intuitive to use. From a business and client perspective, the app is simple and convenient. Clients are quicker and more likely to complete paperwork in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to edit source documents directly, but there are ways around that and do not significantly impact how we use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we sent out paperwork requiring signatures as PDF attachments to email, which was cumbersome and made it difficult for clients to complete paperwork fully and in a timely manner. This has significantly improved response time from clients and reduced errors. With the dashboard, it's easy to see what paperwork is still outstanding, and the archive feature makes it easy to save and file completed documents.
