User friendly and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and receipient order for multiple signatures. It has every tool/editing function to send various documents to people and get them signed quickly. We use Signnow for all our hiring contracts and letters, which helps speed up the recruitment process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lining the boxes up with pre drawn lines can be a little fiddly, but no real issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sending out contracts to new employees. We also send out salary reviews, letters, contractual changes via signnow. It helps to send it to the manager to sign before it goes to the employee. This takes out unnecessary emails.
Excellent product, even better support
What do you like best about the product?
I'm really happy with the ease of use. Our team has been able to figure it out and begin implementing SignNow with very little support or training from our team, which saves us time and money. Being able to share documents is a plus, and the document template links was a life-saver during COVID in that it allowed multiple customers to sign and submit documentation without having to customize a form for each of them. The airSlate support and account management teams have been super responsive and handle any questions or issues very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
That modifying our Enterprise license count has to go through an account manager instead of being able to add/remove seats through our dashboard. Would be nice to be able to make adjustments on the fly and pay for, or get billed for, the additional seats right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using signNow for contracts and agreements with customers, getting signoff on contracts, and signatures from the Board on internal policies and procedures. This has improved the workflow for our customers, which makes us look better and easier to work with. We love the professionalism it provides.

The easiness of it. Very conveient and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how you could do a bulk invite to multiple people to cut down on how many times you have to send that document. Also setting reminders to remind the people to sign the document is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a learning curve, in the beginning, to learn how to navigate everything. Once you figure out how everything works, it is not bad at all. I also do not like how many emails notifications you get when someone signs your documents it fills up my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a bunch of documents signed by people in a timely manner. It also helps me keep tabs on who needs to sign my documents. It also saves me time on getting pdf's and convertin g them to an editable version

I love how easy SignNow is to use. It is easy for both employees to learn and also for clients to figure out how to e-sign documents.

There is nothing that I dislike about SignNow.

SignNow Makes Signing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality to create document links, but also the convenience of sending a bulk invite to all emails at one time if needed! It makes it easy to tailor towards any business model.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it's hard to distinguish the signers that were sent invite links. I have to open each document, and I wish it were easier to navigate completed documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow makes our work more time-efficient. I do not need to jump between tabs or search up other applications to send out documents in an appropriate amount of time. The whole system allows a more balanced workload.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to better direct electronic documents to your customers, SignNow makes it easy. Templates can easily be reformated on to new document uploads, and there are functions with each fill in the blank to make sure whatever you are hoping to identify is in the correct format, for example: SSN, email, phone number, birthdate, etc. SignNow is so easy to use and navigate, start using it NOW!
Easy and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
I adore SignNow's streamlined approach to signing documents. Before using SignNow, I was a bit hesitant to use the website. However, after some minutes, I could use most of the website's features. Also, I like the expiration feature as it allows me to remind coworkers to sign documents without sending a message. To make matters better, I like the option of setting up a reminder every x days before the expiration period is over.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have one minor dislike, which is the inability to change the signer after sending a document with multiple signers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one, I can consolidate signed documents, saving valuable time. Before, I had to look for signed forms in my inbox. As for unforeseen benefits, I didn't know I would like the expiration feature as much. During a busy workday, staff has forgotten to respond to a signature request. Luckily, the expiration feature allows me to remind staff to sign forms without much effort. With mere clicks, I can send reminders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should use this site as it's easy to pick up and reliable. One way or another, I know signers will sign my forms.
User of Sign now for 5 years for all document sharing. I am a huge fan and have never had any issues
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to create tempalte and the document groupings to better share documents efficiently. It also is very user friendly for all receipeints of docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that it is not intuitive with appling suggested fields to frequently used docuemtns.

We are solcing the issue of document sharing via secure link. SignNow offers a secure, user friendly avenue for receipents of all educations to interact to complete the docs.
