A lot of work involved in assigning signers, fields and signing steps.

Confusing process around assigning a notification to the second signator that it's their turn to sign.
Easy to use, great affordable secure solution for small businesses.
What do you like best about the product?
Our company began using this software a few years ago, and it's been a great addition to our tech. Sign now easily and quickly allows for digital signatures, the software is very intuitive and the price was more affordable for our small business than other solutions. They have a HIPAA-compliant option, which many of the electronic signature providers don't offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - it's easy to use. I can't think of anything I would change. This was mission-critical software for us during COVID and will continue to be part of our daily processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient, allows for remote work, easier document storage and client and vendor communication. This was a game-changer for me, as we looked at several solutions and this one was the best fit for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If reviewing other providers, make sure to ask about their security and whether their software is HIPAA compliant. SignNow offers this, but many others don't - which isn't immediately obvious unless you begin drilling down. Sign Now was also much more responsive to us during the sales process than their competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to use, no learning curve if used to another signature solution (and seems easy enough not to need any previous experience with other solutions)

Do wish there was a way to forward an existing document to a different signing authority instead of voiding out the doc and regenerating/resending

quick and easy electronic signature solution. no need to require customer to print/sign/scan/return or push through their own e-sign process.

What do you like best about the product?
From a UI perspective, it's simple and unassuming. Easy to navigate and set up a envelope or template to get signed. The drag and drop feature is also super simple which makes it super easy to get up to speed on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's my mouse but some times when I drag and drop a text box or signature field to a template it gets dropped in a different place and its a little difficult to move to the correct spot. Sometimes it ends up creating another text box field or signature and I have to end up deleting it

We are leveraging signnow for our customers and partners to sign partner referral agreements as well as MSA's. NDA's It's been really great to have electronic signature so we can download and upload to salesfoce
Easy and Effective to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can immediately see if the recipient has signed the document and you receive an email notification once they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem a bit tedious to pull up the desired document. There could possibly be less steps to go through to get to where you are trying to go within the site.

It is helping to make the sales cycle shorter.
