A very solid tool.
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has one of the most important advantages. You can use tags and get most of the prep work done before uploading a document, this saves a ton of time if you noticed a mistake, and you have a long document.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI shows it's age, how slow it gets at times. I wish there would be an option to set many notification emails. It's, it's too much right now. Like you will get at least 3 emails for just 2 signing parties upon sending a document for signing. One that would say the signing process has started, great, another one that you have to sign it and the last one to other signing party. After all, parties have signed, you will get another inbox attack. I mean there are a few things you can't fix with Google inbox filtering, but seriously it would be so much better if this can be properly adjusted and instead of attacking inbox, I could get an alert in slack, but only if I need it there. Give me options, and I'm happy. As said earlier, UI is slow, and there is nothing to do there other than re-writing in from scratch, but for what its worth, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-signing hello. It saves a ton of time for every user that uses it in our organization, plus it's nice that it affects carbon footprint in a positive way.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the software is to use and how efficient it has worked. I have not had any major issues with using the system or having my documents get blocked by email filters. Everything has seemed to work great. I also love how clean the dashboard looks. Overall its been a great experience, its helped me save time when it comes to getting agreements signed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adding the custom fields buttons can get a little touchy, but other then that no complaints. The system has worked really well overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer, I have been using it for a few years now to help me save time instead of having someone print out a document and sign and scan and send back, I just send them the document with electronic signature fields and then its all done! I also love how professional it looks and the people who receive the electronic document also appreciate how much easier it is for them.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of uploading PDF and having the ability to edit prior to sending out for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signing procedure could be more easy/simple for some of my less computer savvy clients.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is affordable and is a great way to get signatures from clients in a secure way. It provides what our company needs without exceeding our budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of our clients have expressed that they wish there was a mobile version. Some of our clients have had difficulties in the past in submitting the forms due to it only being available on desktop or laptop computers. I also wish that there was a way to make an area required after a check mark box (such as if they check off this box, the rest of the field is required).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our clients find it difficult to submit, and have requested a phone version.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it works for your company. Our company is smaller, which is why it works for us. However, larger companies may need a different platform to collect information and signatures.
Does what it is intended to do at a price that is right.
What do you like best about the product?
The setup and how to use the program is fairly simple and intuitive. Bonus that you can merge documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client needs to be reminded that the do not need to necessarily download a program to sign documents.

The fax machine has dust on it. Speeds up my process exponentially. Solves the problem of clients trying to print,scan and email documents with their phones.

I would recommend that you make sure that your documents are in the desired order before beginning because there is no easy way to move them around once you create a template.

Saves time, paper and so much hassle.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using SignNow, an aggregator, and a series of spreadsheets to track responses to bulk mailings of forms that we need completed. Our customers like the ease. It feels modern to not need to print and scan constantly. We have sped up our processes and reduced redundancies that were wasting everyone's time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to pull the names that people put in the firm - like being able to choose from fields to fill in a table view for each template. The ability to do so without needing to use Zapier -- another paid service -- would save us a middle step that we have to do now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require parental consent for students that go on trips. We no longer need to wait for students to transport a sheet of paper home, have them try to remember to have a parent sign it, and then return it to us. Forgery must have been an issue when we were doing it that way. Forgetting the form, losing it, returning it in a condition that made it illegible even happened. Now we know that it is a parent that is signing -- be cause we email it directly to them. We have much faster responses than when we had students hauling packets back and forth, so we're saving time for everyone.
Everything we needed in an e-sign service!
What do you like best about the product?
As we grew, we knew we needed contracts in the worst way. When shopping for e-sign options, signnow had the easiest platform to combine our pdf's, save templates and store a database of old contracts. Highly recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Absolutely zero complaints. Has been smooth since the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally we're in front of customers in the early stages of the sales process, but emailing plans and contracts was very typical after the initial appointment. They either couldn't print or would just email back approval, which wasn't a good practice. Now they're initialing every page and every selection. Fail proof.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to prepare the order form online with the client and to have immediate feedback
What do you dislike about the product?
The impossibility of modifying a document, because it's in PDF. One should be able to upload a Word document.
