Easy To Use Software
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is an easy to use software for all of you contract and document signature needs. I have been using SignNow since I started with my new company a little over a year ago. I work in the constrction field and am always having to write up contracts, change orders, and other documents that need to be signed. SignNow is user friendly and needs no tutorial to get started. It has made my job as Project Manager much easier and has streamlined all by singed document needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have yet to have any complaints using SignNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is simplifying having the contracts that I write signed. Very user friendly and no complaints from my subcontractors and general contractors.
Simple, Easy to use E-Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Its incredible intuitive, easy to keep organized, and makes signature collection as easy as can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it was easier to reassign the signatories, sometimes clients are unsure who the signer is and it can be a small inconvenience to reassign the signatory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having to collect a physical signature on paper, we can do it digitally saving time and expenses associated with physically being present for a signature.
Simple. Easy, Concise Digital Signing
What do you like best about the product?
Using SignNow has increased my work productivity by being able to track when people open and sign the documents. Its very easy to browse the main page and create the templates you need. I use SignNow daily and have never had a negative complaint.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative feedback. I find SignNow to be very simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow allows me to see when people open and look at the document I am sending them. It takes away the guessing of when the individual is goint to sign the document. I really enjoy that aspect and being able to set deadlines.

Nothing. The update making everything quicker to use has been great. Before I would have to also sign everything but now its already done and the client is the only one that needs to sign. very nice!

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has a very attractive user interface which makes the process of creating, signing, sending, and organizing documents to be much easier. It allows you to obtain electronic signatures from either one person, or multple parties, very easily. It also integrates with other softwares to streamline workflows and ,ake completing tasks more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some may consider that the pricing structure of SignNow is higher than competitors, especially for those with tight budgets, but we have found the time saving aspect of it well worth it in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is changing how contracts are signed by making it more efficient with less paperwork for all parties. Also since the files are saved in the account after being signed, it makes it easy to go back to the files to review them instead of paperwork piling up in the office and potentially getting lost. It helps increase productivity and organization in the workplace and it benifits us as a leasing corp as we can send out leases, addendum, and draft contracts with ease.
