What do you like best about the product?
I like airslate signnow for its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to upload, prepare, and send documents for signature. Its binding e-signatures comply with global standards, providing good service for businesses and individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike airslate signnow that it lacks certain advanced features found in competitors, such as detailed analytics. I feel that minor glitches or slow performance, especially on mobile devices. Although the platform is generally user-friendly, but i feel the interface could use a more modern refresh to enhance usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems related to airslate signnow addresses several common challenges related to document management and signature collection. It solves the problem of slow, manual, paper-based signing processes by providing a fast, secure, and legally binding way to sign documents electronically. This eliminates the need for printing,and scanning, significantly speeding up the time. It also enhances organization and compliance by offering secure document storage.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very valuable tool if you need signatures and you don’t have person to person contact all the time. It’s user-friendly where if you’re sending it to someone who isn’t experienced, they still can easily complete their signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t come across anything that I sent livable

We are not face-to-face until the very end so we can collect e-signature

What do you like best about the product?
When somebody signs up for my gym, they are automatically sent a waiver via SignNow that makes it possible for them to workout within 30 seconds! Super helpful as a business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it occasionally signs me out of the app and disconnects auto send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sends a liability waiver to my clients in order to participate in gym activities.
A very smooth experience to gain and input patients information.
What do you like best about the product?
A smooth and contactless way for patients to complete the necessary documents for us to use at the time of their appointment. The SignNow team is quick to reach out to for help and very informative and helpful.

Some patients have difficulty inputting their information on their device such as the boxes being too small or won't let them click on.

Making changes such as an easier experience for patients to input information without glitches, or losing their progress.

I have many documents to sign for my job and for my daughter’s school and it’s super easy with the app

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing for me is the use of Templates in Signnow. I have various templates for a variety of tasks. Designing the templates was easy and utilizing them saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unsure if this is user error or not but I have had a few instances of the end user receiving a sign now document to sign via email and instead of simply opening the document for the end user to sign, they were moved to a sign in page , where they thought they needed to create an account. This was rather confusing for some non-tech savvy people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need for a manual physical process and the time and materials that waste. By having an e-sign solution, we stop wasting time walking to other people to have something physically signed, we stop having to print someting in order to get it signed only to scan it in and throw it away. We are able to get people to sign when they are travelling via phone or computer. It is such a time saver.

SignNow is very easy to use. Getting electronic signatures allows documents to be processed quicker

The signature needs to be bolder and more legible

SignNow is providing a tool to get documents signed quicker. Customers like it because I get their documents signed electronically instead of having to wait an extra day or two to get a wet signature

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about SignNow is the ability to process them one at a time until an approver releases it to the next. If approver declines, they will be sent back with comments to the requestor. I also like that you can write a dedicated email per approver, this definitely shortens the approval time by giving a brief explanation of the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I can take a link and paste it to an email in case of follow ups, and I can respond through email without a need to login in to SignNow. I think this feature is reserved for a higher tier. The other one is when using Outlook email, browser or through the app, you can't read the entire content. You will need to scroll all the way to the right since the email isn't on justified mode. On gmail this is not a problem though.

It is more of document and contract management. I like that you can organize requests through folder creations, and see who have not signed.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SignNow to fill out documents that require review and signing from multiple people. I like that I can set it up once and it sequentially goes to everyone it needs to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how documents automatically open when I upload as I usually have to merge docs before I send them.

Document signature is critical in our company. airSlate SignNow allows us to obtain signatures from a number of people quickly and all in one document. It enables us to send documents to multiple parties and only have one document with signatures.
