What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and use for simple forms. Potential to make complex fields as I learn to use it. We use SignNow to get signatures from customers on pre-move documents and for HR docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have no complaints. Nothing missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PreCOVID, we had multiple paper forms that we needed to generate and complete. This is all done digitally now, before our crews ever get to the site. There is no scanning of paper documents required.
Does the job but frustrating limits for lower paying users
What do you like best about the product?
Its quick and easy to use. Documents can be drag and dropped and its simple to add multiple signers. Tweaks can be made post sending and updates come through promptly when actions taken.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frustrating limitations on cheaper packages, specifically that you can't get a signing link to send - the email has to go from Sign Now. Documents sent my SignNow often get caught up in spam filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending documents to clients for signature. Much easier than relying on scanning and really helpful while people are working from home.

If a prospect calls me back to finilize an order it makes it convenient to send the paperwork to sign now

Nothing. It is very user friendly I would recommend this program

What do you like best about the product?
I like how multiple forms can be merged together and templates for documents you use frequently can be created and saved. The signing process for new clients/users is also very seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the usability, having to click on certain spots of each document over and over again or zoom in for it to look right. It would be nice if there was some recognition software to identify signing lines when clicking near them. Also, a "clear all" button for the saved signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster contract signing, virtual signing and resigning.

Simple platform to use and have your clients/customers use for fast efficient signing/resigning. Eliminating travel time and saving paper!

We can altogether avoid the hassle of printing and scanning documents to get them signed. It is beneficial, especially during these times when everything is going digital.

Dislike the fact that sometimes we can only tick one box; for example, we can't only choose one box to tick, we cannot leave a box unticked which is a hassle when we need to approve/disapprove something.

The integrations that it has with Salesforce is definitely the most useful aspect of the program to my business and what I do in day to day tasks for my business

Sometimes there is a lag or slower dial-up rate with the integration of the program that sometimes needs a refresher or a new browser.

Easy to use digital document management
What do you like best about the product?
Docusign is extremely user-friendly. I work on contracts with customers on a daily basis and find it simple to upload and manage documents within the platform to route for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I find it easy to use, and perfect for keeping track of contracts coming in and going out. A nice-to-have would be the ability to create document templates that could be edited within the platform.

We have lots of clients who aren't "tech-savvy" and in a digital (and remote) world, we need an easy way to facilitate signatures on our contracts. We don't seem to have any problems with our customers being able to use this platform.

I don't like that configuring is difficult. Often times when I upload a PDF it uploads blurry then I have to hard reset the page. When I do this, it requires that I re-enter the info of the signers. Super annoying and has caused some issues in the past. Also, sometimes the actual documents go to spam or junk much more frequently than with other providers for document signatures I've used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to get my order forms signed as easily and quickly as possible and often this platform does not get the job done. Sometimes I just have clients sign via other means and send it back via email.
