Very simple for us and our customers
What do you like best about the product?
The pricing is great and the simplicity of the website/program is ideal for us and our customers. They are also constantly doing updates to add features and make things even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had the payment information feature not work for one of our customers so I haven't used it since. It kept saying it was an invalid credit card, but it was a legit credit card number. This may have been fixed now, but I didn't want to inconvenience or confuse any further customers so I stopped using that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily expand our customer base by not needing them to physically stop into our office to sign paperwork. It has saved us on postage and was very beneficial for the growth of our company. It was also extremely helpful through the Covid Pandemic when people weren't able to meet in person.
Very strong product and efficient for business use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that SignNow is so easy to use. It's very easy to train new team members on and adopt for any tech skill level. Highly recommend for any size company considering using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike about it. What I dislike is probably features I haven't fully implemented, such as the folder system to keep documents organized. Other than that, nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have replaced the need for printing, hand-signing documents, and uploading documents. I also have a digital track record. We run employment agreements, contracts, and other important documents through SignNow.

Highly recommend you sign up and start using it, right away!

I love creating dynamic forms and making it super easy for people to sign. The templates save a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts feel over complicated and take a bit of time to understand.

Creating employee offers, NDAs, documenting signed agreements

Easy and effective platform for document e-signing
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to save your templates and customize from there when needed. I also appreciate that designing the templates and adding form fields is very streamlined and easy to change between templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Infrequently, the emails do not go through to receiver's email. I have had to send some documents multiple times to the same sender - again,this happens very infrequently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization, we were able to solve our issue of previously not being able to have membership applications, SOW documents for training programs, and custom MSA's for different projects - all signed in real time that was easy to share with the rest of the team.

Simplicity and ease of use. We can use the platform on the go and in the office with seamless transitions.

We don't use the full suite of offerings; however, there isn't anything that we don't like for what we do utlize.

the ease of uploading documents and preparing them for signatory via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documents may be hard to organise and UI can be improved.

Requesting for Signatory have been so much easier. The function of a PDF copy being send automatically to my mail saved me so much time.

Sign Now makes it simple to sign documents remotely. It has definitely streamlined my workday.

nothing comes to mind other than streamlining the editing feature

What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to use for all users. Makes it easier to get signed documents quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to see the progress of signatures. For example, when a document is large and the client thinks they finished signing, but the completed document hasn't been sent back to the sender. It would be helpful to be able to see where the missed signature is.

Use of less paper. More flexibility for our clients to sign required and time-sensitive documents.

SignNow has a clean design and straightforward system. I like how templates are easy to find.

SignNow is pretty slow when opening documents or sending them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to send many documents to lots of different people. SignNow helps me do so easily without being intrusive to those who may never use SignNow again.

Be able to compile documents into packets, maybe packet templates.
