The brand recognition is low; most people I talk to say they’ve never heard of it. Live chat used to be available, but now it’s a bot. If you need a human, there’s a delay and you end up getting an email instead of real-time help, which is pretty frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to allow electronic as opposed to in person signatures, benefit of electronic access to our documents

Sign now is an excellent service, particularly for collaboration and teams.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very easy to use and doesn't require a lot of training or setup. Everything is intuitive and nicely aligned on the main page making everything easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am using my touchpad on a laptop, I avoid creating fillable fields, it's easier when I am at my desk using a mouse to make sure that everything is lined up and the same sizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a standard way that all quotes, contracts, and applications are completed. We can easily download reports to share with other departments if they want to see how many forms were completed. It saves a lot of time so no one is emailing me asking if I got a form back or not.

we can't change the "profile" name of who its coming from. we need it coming from our company, not an individual. we would like to customize the email people receive.

We use it to get our documents signed with our signatories based in US and UK. It reduced a lot of paper signature
Love the group templates! So easy for hiring
What do you like best about the product?
I can put my scripts in templates which makes it so much easier when hiring or bringing on a new client. I usually have to copy and paste from an old email into a new one, but now I have a generic script that works for all new hires with instructions of what to do with the forms and instructions for a new client too.

When I send an application to an applicant, and they don't fill it out, eventually the invite link expires, but the document still stays visible in my documents folder.

My office is 45 minutes away from where my employees work. It was a huge hassle to get them to sign paperwork correctly and get it back and forth—honestly, a lot of the time it just didn't get done. But now I am 100% compliant because I can send it and fill it out on their phone!
Even with clients, a lot of the time, I would not receive my contract signed. Who knows who's coffee spilled all over it! But now I can send it to all the people who need to sign it, and it comes right back to me.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow made getting Special Education documents signed in a timely manner by staff and parents alike. No more tracking down teachers. No more waiting for a student to bring it back in. Amazing!

Changing the sizes of the boxes and moving them around wasn't always super friendly, but not terrible.

The iphone app tends to be a little slow and difficult to use but it does work well.

I'm able to use it for real estate transactions and it saves a lot of time and it allows me to work remotely.

Better guidance for the signer. More intuitive or more graphic guidance is needed.

Our Remote office is super. Clients can legally sign without making a trip to our office. That is +++.

It's so simple to use. It's easy to upload, assign fields and send off. We use it for authorisation, contracts and other documents

You can't label incoming files, so it's hard to sort things when there is volume.
