Like the ability to make forms easier to send to people

Creating the templates can be a challenge

If the forms have to be sent twice, you can't send the same day
Easy tool to use with your colleagues and external contractors
What do you like best about the product?
You can add more people at once to sign the document, there is a coloring scheme that helps you navigate between the fields and their owners. You can also insert text/date/signature and more by yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can overlook that you accidentally added one more field, when you click anywhere in the document, also you receive two email notifications after the document has been signed, this could be narrowed down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick signature requested, no additional emails have to be sent as you can edit the message that goes out with the document.

I don't dislike anything about this product. The entire process from beginning to end is fast and easy.

Sometimes the set up can be a bit confusing but once you figure it out, all is well.

What do you like best about the product?
I find this platform very user-friendly. I use this for my real estate business, and clients of all ages can utilize SignNow; it is excellent. It makes my job as a real estate agent in a resort community much easier; it also benefits my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find any downsides to this platform, I think it is formatted very well, and there is nothing I would change or improve. It is accessible, easy to understand, user-friendly, and convenient. I specifically enjoy being notified when documents have been completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow helps me get real estate documents signed by clients out of state. I work in a resort area with many out-of-state buyers and sellers, and SignNow makes the entire home sale process so much easier for myself and my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SignNow for both business and personal. It allows me to do so many things without having to print things out and it's so easy to use. I love that I can keep track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I get forms that already have areas ready to be filled in, it includes a bunch of things I have to manually delete. This can take a while and can be annoying. Other than that, I really love this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to send contracts via email to our clients without having to meet in perrson. We deal with people all over the state. It eliminates having to drive there in person or wait for snail mail. It keeps us green!

As good as DocuSign and the rest and a better value
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive, cloud-based, and easy to use. Nearly everyone I've sent a document to has been able to sign without a problem. SignNow is a great value, especially if you purchase the annual package which saves you a lot more money than other services like DocuSign and HelloSign
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to better organize folders and files- it's little tedious to organize at files at times but there are minor quibbles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow enables me to get signatures that are legally binding (and approved legally) from people without having to email the document to a bunch of people and get individual signature pages back. With SignNow, all signatures you send out through SignNow will appear on the same document and the PDF will show all signatures on the document have been validated. It saves time, money, and trees!
