Easy to use digital document management
What do you like best about the product?
Docusign is extremely user-friendly. I work on contracts with customers on a daily basis and find it simple to upload and manage documents within the platform to route for signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I find it easy to use, and perfect for keeping track of contracts coming in and going out. A nice-to-have would be the ability to create document templates that could be edited within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have lots of clients who aren't "tech-savvy" and in a digital (and remote) world, we need an easy way to facilitate signatures on our contracts. We don't seem to have any problems with our customers being able to use this platform.
Easy to navigate, upload/download, and establish signers and fields needed for completion

The ease of use is the best feature; navigation is very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on the number of accounts that can be created for one organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem-solving per se, but certainly efficient signature collection with so many colleagues working from home or hybrid home/office schedules
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I prefer this platform to signatures within Adobe, as I can upload any document format and a PDF will be generated once signature is complete. I find this easier for those that I need a signature from as well, since there is no additional platform needed for signature to be completed on a mobile device or PC

Its simplicity - there are no unnecessary features or functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not learn titles, names, emails over time. While it saves recipient emails, that's all it saves.

E-signature that is quick and easy to use.
Great platform to have documents signed electronically
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to upload documents and add different types of fields according to my necessity. Easier to send the client and have signed version back completely paperless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could not change the default date format (US instead of EU). Also, there is no shortcut key to change from one type of field to other. There should also have an option to switch the most recent field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Normally, being lawyers, we cannot commence work until the client signs the paperwork. It used to take for the client edges to print and sign and then scan and email the same.

Its a great platform to make the client's life easy; I recommend this product.

The only issue is when you have an employee that leaves the company and they have a sign now account, you cant change the email address to assign to a new person...

We are using it to send documents that need to be signed. It is great that it is HIPAA compliant.

I like how easy it is for me to add fields for recipients to fill out and specify the format.

No cons. So far so good,I dislike nothing really.

the document and that the person receiving the document doesn't have to have an account or sign up for anything in order to sign it. I also like the notifications I get each step of the way. In the times we are in today, with everything basically paperless and electronic, this kind of a service is an absolute Must-Have.

It’s easy to use , all of my documents are right there for me to see , I can keep them for as long as I want to and don’t have to delete them. I also really like the option that I can use it as businesses and personal . Changing the Signaturs it’s super easy . All around a great app

It is straightforward to use. I like how simple the system is and how fast we can get things done!

I wouldn't change anything about it. The system is designed to help us complete our tasks as fast as we can.

To get our apps signed by our customers we can not come in the office in person.

It is not very easy to edit a document if you have made a mistake sometimes, you have to delete the document and start over

We no longer have to wait for our CEO to be in the office to get the documents signed off. He can approve documents where ever he is

It's free and straightforward; everything is easy to find when preparing and sending documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find something that I dislike about this program.

When my printer doesn't work, it comes in handy; it allows customers to sign contracts electronically. It has saved many sales for me,especially over-the-phone sales.
