extremely cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to add many users and send unlimited envelopes. The customer service is also 100% better than their competitor. The other vendor we used had terrible customer service and their representatives for our account changed constantly. Further, they always tried to upsell us and warn us that we were about to hit our quota for envelopes. SignNow has way better customer service and a chat feature - direct access to customer service asap. Everyone on our HR team has been very pleased. We have since added even more users and plan on using SignNow present and future. LOVE IT!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike off the top of my head. SignNow always is updating and adding features, but not unnecessary features. I think that their pricing is excellent as well as their business model.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have managed to go 100% paperless on the human resources side of things . Managers can now be tracked to find out who is holding up signatures. Previously there was a lot of finger pointing. Now, no one can claim they didn't get an email.
Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I use the free version and have had no problems. It easy to upload the PDF and send it off to someone to sign.

The first time I did a template I really struggled. Their help support really helped.

With everyone remote these days it's easy to get a signature and not have to mail the document.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we need to clear cookies and cache in the browser before we can sign the document(s) in signNow. I think that's the only annoying part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started to adopt signNow when COVID-19 pandemic broke out. We were forced to stay at home during movement restriction period.
Thankfully, signNow is here for us to solve our documentation issue. Everyone can sign the documents with devices anywhere and anytime.
Also, we used to print many papers before using signNow, but now we use fewer papers for the Earth!

SignNow is a great small business tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating forms. Ability to upload existing forms and set for signing or other needed fields

You need to have a certain number of licenses in order to be able to manage the accounts.

Easy to use. Saves me and my clients time!
What do you like best about the product?
Getting notifications when the client has completed signing the documents. And setting up reminders to be sent to client has made it easier for client to find the email in order to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I can say for sure because I haven't had time to really look at it. But if there was an easier way to create a template that I can prefill before requesting signatures, that would be great. It would be too time consuming if its the same process as prefilling the client's signature lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DELAYS! Clients don't want to print forms, sign and scan back. If we didn't have Sign Now, we would be back to chasing clients for needed documentation. It definitely saves us that time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is easy and pleasant for the administrator as well as the recipient. The platform makes sending out bulk envelopes seamless. We also use the templates feature all the time for HR processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of an immediate negative about the platform. In the past, when I have run into technical difficulties I will reach out to their support team and they're very helpful.

We send out a lot of forms in HR and the template makes it so we don't have to keep creating new documents and sending out individually. We are able to send out bulk envelopes at the press of a button with templates we have already created.
User Friendly and Quick Template Set up
What do you like best about the product?
It's quick to get documents signed and executed. Our residents love that they don't need to take time off work to come into our office to sign documents. SignNow makes the process of signing documents very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be to make the web browser link on the email a bit larger. The link is sometimes hard to find for some of our older residents that do not want to download the SignNow app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is essential to our office because our residents can benefit from a system that gives them the flexibility to sign required documents straight from their phones, regardless of the hour or location they might be when signing.

I work with a lot of young people who are not great with doing anything "difficult", I prep all of the paperwork for them to sign and they can do it in a few simple clicks
