Great Service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, inexpensive and offers several useful features, including signature reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to send multiple separate documents at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asking clients to sign contracts by e-signature is faster, easier and more efficient. Prior, they would have to print a document, sign it, then scan it in. It was cumbersome for all and impossible for some.
Great tool at a great price
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can have unlimited templates. My projects with clients are not one-size-fits-all, and it makes it so easy to be able to just select a different template versus how I was doing it before with another signature tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't very modern or pretty, and sometimes things are hard to find. That's my only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using the free plan of another tool before I found SignNow. I was limited to 3 contracts/month and could not use templates at all. I was using their Google Drive integration. So I would have to pull up a file from Drive and then add in the fields every single time. It was really time consuming. All the upgraded plans for any competitor tools were around $15/month, and I just couldn't justify that. SignNow's price and functionality has me hooked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try! I've moved 3 clients here so far, and they all love it!
Great program that works perfect for our law firm!
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sign Now to have our clients sign documents electronically for more than a year now. It has been the perfect solution for our business! We are able to process documents more quickly and efficiently with Sign Now! We have a lot of clients who prefer to be able to retain our firm to represent them quickly and without having to come into the office. With Sign Now, we are able to represent people statewide without clients having to travel to our office if they prefer not to do so. We are also able to help clients get signed up on the day they call if they are ready to retain our firm at that time. Our staff and our clients love using Sign Now!
What do you dislike about the product?
We like everything about Sign Now! We have been using the Sign Now system for more than a year now and we don't have any complaints.

Document processing. We are able to process documents more quickly and efficiently with Sign Now!

Sign Now Makes Employee Onboarding a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love getting to save templates and the pre loaded documents that Sign Now already has available to employers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Love it! There is literally nothing I would change about my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our employee onboarding is done through Sign Now. What used to take hours now takes only minutes. I love it!

It is easy to setup from uploading a word document template.

Nothing comes to mind, it works great out of the box!

generally pretty easy when the signer is an individual

difficult for multi signers - they get confused and don't do it right

easier to get signatures which is nice - next year i'll send only to individuals instead of trying to combine
Works well, fast and a much better alternative than using paper/posting.

With using SignNow I think some of the best features are how quickly you can enter the boxes for signatures and dates, as well as how easy it is to enter the details of the person you are sending anything too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when trying to download documents after they have been signed I have issues opening it as a PDF and it will just open the document within sign now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the amount of paper that we use as well as the length of time it takes us to send contracts/documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use format. Even my clients who are technologically challenged can figure out how to set up a signature and sign their documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a bit better. Sometimes my computer has trouble loading the "placing signature" part of the process... Could be my old computer though. Also placing signatures can be tedious, there should be a way to duplicate signature spots or initial spots on each page. I.E. my client needs to initial the bottom of each page, should be a way to place that initial box on every page. Also dislike the cost of the program. While $7/month is very reasonable, and it is way way cheaper than DocuSign's $30+/month, there are other programs out there for Realtors that are even cheaper now. Through our MLS, they are offering Authentisign for only $35/year. I may switch services with that great of a price difference. Perhaps offer an annual pricing at a discounted cost? I would absolutely sign up for a full year at a time of Sign Now if it was only $35/yr. Lastly, archiving documents could be a bit easier. Or perhaps a way to sort them into folders?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quick an easy to get important documents signed. A definite time saver is the "apply to all email roles" button. Excellent feature
