What do you like best about the product?
the program is friendly to use when i invite my collegues to use this sysytem for signatures this makes it so easy for them once they accept the invitation. The signature is quick and it is sent back to me with clarity and it cuts the time and effort in getting the signed document back to me. This is less stressful for me and my business to get hings done in a timely manner and with efficency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike at this time, it is not complicated and does exactly what it is supposed to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface that allows quick signing and sending. Allows date and time, checkmarks, initials signatures, etc. I only use it for signing documents that require my signature as the final, not to see signature history and flows. I'm not sure of its capabilities for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything that I don't like about it after 4+ years of use.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow works intuitively and is very reliable. I run my small business on my IPad Pro, and I’ve been really impressed with how naturally it integrates with my workflow and with iOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, this app allows me to use slit-screen mode on my ipad, which is integral for multi-tasking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to handle contracts and finance paperwork remotely, giving me time to reach new customers rather than having to constantly return to earlier customers to get signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
This app works great. I use it all the time. The best part is that my clients find it simple to use and it is a fantastic way to keep track of all documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that would help me would be to easily be able to change the client name on the the document once it is saved.

I am able to get my documents/agreements signed and returned easily. It works great for me and for the customers.

Ease of use of interface - there is no question at what stage each document is at.

The fact that every time I have to change an uploaded document, I don't know of a way to just change the current file that is uploaded in the same record. I need to delete the document I was working on, and upload a totally new doc with the same emails and signors, etc

the app is very easy to use, the platform itself is very easy to use. learning the program is also simple.

when I send my clients a document to sign they have to download an app to sign. that is one more step than other e signature platforms and for a good number of clients, who aren't tech savvy to begin with, to much to handle
