Feels basic and needs a lot of UX work
What do you like best about the product?
The price is affordable for small businesses just starting out, and you allow for contracts to be linked into websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template setup is really difficult to use. It’s hard to get boxes placed in the lines of the contract nicely, and your whole website has the feel of a much older website, like old-time windows versus today’s Mac OS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Linking directly to a contract from my website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it, HelloSign is far easier to use and looks a lot better. I use HelloSign for my other business, which has been around longer so I can afford to spend more.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for getting online signatures on agreements. Easy to search, resend reminders, cancel documents. Almost no training is needed to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found an issue - software works very well for us and the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running a non-profit with no physical location isn't easy - but this allows for quick and easy agreements to be signed.

The ease and speed with which documents can be sent out and returned. It's made a big difference to our business

Sometimes the platform is slow, laggs and we have to log out and back in or refresh several times. Not often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting paperwork sent out and returned much faster when we didn't have the platform. Clients love the simplicity of it.

If you send out paperwork to be filled out or signed by a third party, SignNow will make your life a lot easier!
SignNow is the best way to send contracts to clients

I love being able to save different samples of contracts. Adding fileds are very easy and the process of colecting signatures is very good.

Absolutely nothing. Very easy to use and great to keep organized.

Colecting signatures fast and storaging all contracts in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow fits all our needs. It's quick, easy, customizable, looks official, and is totally affordable. I use it on a daily basis.

There have been two times over the past 18 months that I've been using SignNow that it went down but that's understandable with any company

Extremely easy and intuitive- including for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the signing and date fields is a little finicky- user experience can be better.

Occasionally the service is down which is annoying when you want to send out a contract. Benefits- way easier than paper contracts and less waiting. Love being able to see who has viewed and signed in real time.

You must try it and compare to your current way of doing contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Gone are the days of chasing down documents from clients. I love being able to send things digitally and my clients appreciate it as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you add a text to a document before sending it over to someone and then save it there is no way to go back and edit it. You have to delete the document and start over. That is the only thing I dislike about SignNow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having SignNow definitely definitely saves me and my clients time. I am easily able to send and receive executed agreements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend giving SignNow a try. I work with a lot of clients who are old school and who typically love pen and paper, but they have expressed that they have found SignNow is easy to use.

The ability to set up templates for contractual documents that get used regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has all the functionality I need it to as an HR Manager at a company with 50 employees.
In order to get the full value you do need the paid features but if you're just looking for an easy platform to send out and get signed forms back electronically SignNow is great.

All our employee HR documentation gets done through SignNow. This increases the efficiency and ease of managing important and confidential documents which ensures that there is no delay around components that are essential to managing staff.
