I liked the ease of administration, the UI is user friendly and the central management is exceptional to carry day to day admin tasks. Sophos Firewall comes with very comprehensive features from connectivity to security.

There is really nothing that I dislike about Sophos Firewall. But if I may request for the feature I would be looking at Virtual instances. I however know it is in their roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
We havee been using this product from quite a while now, and based our user experiance this is the most simplest of products to use. Smooth deployment/implementation experiance and robust feature set as per our network needs. Technical Support is much responsive as compared to various vendors and is quite effective. ZTNA integration launched recently is also an amazing feature to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
We coluld have 3rd party integration for threat feeds which is missing as of now in the product.
Alos the reports need to be more customizable and elanorate to provide a holistic visibility across the traffic.
