Truly Exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience with sophos is magnificent as sophos firewalI gives us complet protection against ransomware. I like it's single console (Sophos central) from whre we can manage each & every single sophos product.
I like its Zero day protection technology which help to protect the network from ransomeware attack and unknown malware. It is user friendly.

Nothing to dislike about Sophos firewall. I like every thing about sophos firewall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Last year our organisation has been hit by ransomware attack. we were using diffrent firewall. We have decided to shift on sophos.
After shifting on sophos firewall we have not received any cyber threat.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a product in constant evolution to continue offering the best security features, always accompanied by good service.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment, we have all the company locations covered with Sophos, so for now we don't see any disadvantages. If in the future we see that the product falls behind technologically and in terms of features compared to another, I will comment on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we encounter any problem with the functioning of any Sophos product, they quickly assist us to resolve it.

Sophos firewall reduces breaches, adapts defenses in response to an attack, and improves detection and response.
Powerful and simple next-generation firewalls
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of firewall management. Practically everything can be done from the graphical console. Integration with Sophos Central. The security heartbeat integrates with the endpoint. They are implemented easily and the SD-WAN tunnels can be set up from the central console. Support in Spanish 8x5.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vdoms are missing.
The NAT or NoNAT policies are on different pages, I miss having them grouped together.

I don't find any issues in the latest versions of Sophos FW. Keep implementing improvements and releasing increasingly powerful and intuitive versions.

Easy to manage and configure, Very stable while processing heavy traffic, option to handle policy based SD wan load balancing. Easy to configure and implement, Strong techincal support. It is easy to be integrated with third party SIEM tools for logs managment.

Keep on models getting changed and we need to change the hardware

It help me stopped sophisticated network attacks, It's easy for me to controll latest application via application filtering options, Strong and stable VPN connectivity for the remote users even with the low internet bandwidth.
