Great bang-for-your-buck
What do you like best about the product?
Sophos was great to work with. Their pricing was right, and their licensing model was easy to understand. The integration with our AV is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management inside the GUI can be littly clunky. I also wish there was a DHCP release function in the GUI instead of having to do so in the CLI

Customer support can still be improved. The log can still be effective and meaning full, So that easy to trace

Can apply application level Policy which can monitor and block unnecessary access

Even installed on client machine it shows continues notification which slows down the performance of ongoing tasks

Avoid/blocking harmful and risky websites. And unwanted access from hackers

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Sophos as it is an easy way to ensure that my computer is protected against any bad actors or malware that attempts to compromise the security of my workstation device. While using Sophos, I can be confident that my files are secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sophos is running its intermittent scans, my computer may slow down due to the uptick in processing power required to ensure that my laptop is not in danger of being exploited.

Sophos Firewall allows our organization to achieve certain levels of compliance and security established in the industry to ensure that outside sources cannot compromise all of our devices involved with sensitive company data.
The use of firewall is good after adapting to the system.

Sophos Firewall is a network security solution that provides advanced threat protection, application control, and web filtering, Zero day Protection , Intrusion Prevention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sophos Firewall is a paid solution, and the cost be a barrier with limited budgets, Sophos Firewall's advanced features, such as deep packet inspection and content filtering, can sometimes impact network performance, particularly on older hardware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through application control allows to monitor the application running on the network, can filter web traffic and block acesss to malcious websites.

Custom users' reports should be better; they should improve reporting a part bit more.

Easy user management and policy application quickly, quick rebooting appliances saves downtime.

Integrated management with Sophos cloud. Ability to have single pane of glass to view endpoint protection, firewalls, and more!

There was a learning curve in adjusting to them from previous platforms.

We're utilizing web access control, traditional firewalling, layer 3 routing, VPN, and SDWan all under one umbrella
