Good but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The control room and design studio are all online so we dont have to worry about system requirements every time we test run an automation while development.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI of the community version is not very user friendly and simple tasks like trying to create a process have many unnecessary steps. I believe this can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation anywhere is helping me solve a use case for automating data entry task in my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since the community version is a little outdated in terms of the GUI, so we will need to be patient while learning its tips and tricks.

Automation Anywhere is a flexible tool. Developers can easily integrate several tools such as .Net DLL by using the Metabot functionality. Through this function, Automation Anywhere can overcome the limits of RPA alone.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a fast phased RPA Technology. It often has updates such as new version of the tool. Hence, all RPA solutions deployed in the production area also needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is the top RPA Technology used in our corporation because of its competitive price.
We used Automation Anywhere in developing tools for Finance, Health, Utilities, and other internal processes.
Automation Anywhere can easily do what the other RPA technology that is available in the market with a higher price are offering (Blue Prism, Uipath, Pegasus, & etc)

AA Review, a tricky RPA tool to consider
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to think of one positive point. The only thing that I can consider that is easier than other RPA tools is that you have some Excel options available even for non-coders always. Additionally, IQ bots are easy to use to read bills and automate their automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many problems, the organization is quite disorganized and doesn't want to take any responsibility for their bugs. The transitions from 9 to 10 were quite problematic, just a couple of examples:
1) The RPAs REQUIRED to use the Control Room. This was massive trouble if you had local apps that were not controlled from it for whatever reason. If your network failed for any reason you were in trouble.
2) They removed the option to build offline bots for monetary purposes (my opinion).
3) The control room was buggy and never allowed automating flows.
The next transition from 11 to 2019 was even more problematic.

This was a massive hit because WPF apps became impossible to automate.
2) Several features were removed without real alternatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best platform to learn about RPA and other learnings. I used and learned from it. the best part is the community support and all the outstanding documentation is great

the user interface could be better, but I am fine with it as I more towards learning and technical solution provided by it

Best Automation RPA tool in the market: AA RPA
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tools I have worked on in my carrier experience. Easy to use no coding or programming knowledge required for this AA RPA tool to create bots. Just drag and drop action items as per your workflow. Mainly we have implemented this RPA tool in our support ticket assignment. Before ours, users have to manually log in to the client portal and check and assign support tickets to internal users to work on it. Sometimes, since manual work assigning tickets took longer than expected, it affected our efficiency. After implementing this AA RPA tool now our task becomes automatic. It will automatically assign the ticket to users as per availability considering email notification as a trigger. It increased our work efficiency and sales also. Now our client is very happy with our work. Since users are getting immediate notification, they are getting little time to complete tasks. Easy and effective tool. Users are happy to work on our team now.
What do you dislike about the product?
This AA RPA tool has all the features which we required in it. We didn't face issues with this tool till now. There is no dislike about this software.

Creating and implementing bots on our local systems. Maintaining control room for user access. Fixing users issues with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
We have implemented this AA RPA tool to the MRM meeting dashboard refresh to keep it up to date. Since the management review meeting is crucial in all companies, we are very struggling to complete this dashboard task every day. But after implementing this, tool all our tasks were automized. With just one trigger our MRM dashboard will refresh automatically by downloading raw data from our client tool, extract it and then upload it to our dashboard tool and refresh it. All these are automized now. Our client is also happy with our on-time report. Easy to deploy, just drag and drop action items. I liked the web recording option, it is the best option available in this AA RPA tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The easy and best tool in the Market. There is no dislike about this software. Whichever RPA we use one step will be always manual.

I like its ease of use and that it can automate different channels that require email monitoring and data mining. Most of the features of this product are excellent, thanks to its integration with third-party software. It has a cool and very modern interface that makes it easy to use.

So nothing specific is great because I didn't find any drawbacks and have enjoyed using it.

The new A360 is excellent because it is cloud-based, gaining advantages over other tools and offering more convenience. Another advantage is the execution of the robot and the control Room, with extensive management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the results model of the variables, we can only see it when we debug the robot. It impacts the visualization of the values when we run the robot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating human resources processes, great benefits in execution times. In this case, we managed to automate 100% of the human resources operation.
