What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, ability and versatility power to automate development efficiently and quickly can allow Metabot and the ability of its to take outside class (.dll) libraries to create reusable, automated, and scalable screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not love working with the OCR function since it is incorrect. In many aspects it just simply does not indicate fixed text, which I believe is the one feature that I'm not fond of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up the instant window is really easy. Scripts may be created and executed for the new setup of the laptop computer, which decreases the administrative burden for the information tech dept.

In my working profession it helps me right from opening my device. By this I automate the task to open certain directories, some settings, and then when we move to server side than it helps me to define policies for many users connected over the server. It also helped me in extracting some web contents that usually requires a lot of effort and time.

The AA tool is one of the better automation tools I have had the opportunity to use. I have tried other related programs and it is truly astonishing - the capability to work together with virtually any software on your laptop has something awesome. What impressed me the most was the application and applicability to Windows and web processes, unstructured data and natural language processing mechanisms.The idea of automating PDF files and graphics with IQ robots is actually amazing. The application of metabots in processes that are complex is quite clean and comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application was difficult to set up and I'd to select a folder that by now had the resources installed for use on the pc of mine.

The automated setup by the consumer can be accomplished from the Service Now ticketing program and the Excel spreadsheet

Automation Anywhere is really useful software and with a fairly high level of productivity, however its interface has the problem that it is quite messy and this can represent a huge problem since if you are an inexperienced user in programming and configuring bots and you find such a messy interface, you can hardly enjoy the experience and learn to use the software, however this is a problem that is solved with practice.

With this software I have provided solutions to repetitive and tedious tasks to carry out, since the software allows us to automate these processes in order to save us the work and time of having to carry them out, when you already have experience using the software it is very easy to configure the actions that we want to do the Bot, this undoubtedly helps a lot in all types of businesses since we save the time of doing all those annoying tasks in the day to day and being able to dedicate that time to other activities without neglecting any.

Really my only recommendation regarding this very useful software, is that you should consider that you need a trained staff so that we can get the most out of it, since it is not a software designed for everyone, you need a basic level of knowledge to be able to use it however if we have such personnel we will be able to improve our work to a great extent thanks to the fact that we will be able to automate many tedious processes that take away valuable time from day to day

It has many feature to interact with the automation tasks. And also it's feature of drag and drop which makes it easier for the non-technical person also to develop the bot with ease and in less time. It's back-end was so logically defined that it could be less complex and do the task with a lot of efficiency.

The thing which I dislike is at some certain places it requires some advance knowledge which restrict its audience because less tutorials are available and also its coding section was poorly developed which requires one to learn the language before using it.

Being a Data Science enthusiast I would to do web scraping work which is a type of repeated task that makes it a boring stuff. But now with the help of automation anywhere I have automated that task so that it will do it for me at an easy go. Moreover before my repeated task would take so much time that it would tired me off but now this automation do that work for me in couple of minutes. Now I have also automated my system task which includes in search of a file inside so many nested directories which reduces my effort and time.

It's hard to grasp as compared to Ui-Path. Community forums are not active, normally they don't provide answers, they are too expensive for small businesses and startups, and lines are not the norm.
