Automation anywhere is the best cloud enabled RPA Platform among competitors
What do you like best about the product?
It comes with total suite the control room the bot maker .We can use custom scripts as per needs.Bot store is another great addition
What do you dislike about the product?
The forum doesnt have answers to the required queries . Support needs to be ramped up. Big line of code is required to achieve small targets compared to the competition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end process automation which helps operations team save time and efforts . Benefits achieved are greater ROI for the company, bot is providing the necessary help to the operations team to make their life easier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation ease of implementation needs improvements. Consider those facts before choosing the same for example AA11 didnt have datatable command but it's now available in A2019 .

What do you like best about the product?
I like light weighted community edition where everything is on cloud and no one needs to install whole software to start using it. You just need to install agent and you are good to go. IQ bots and Meta Bots are two specific elements of Automation anywhere which make it unique among other players of RPA. IQ bots use Cognitive skills like AI and Machine learning and capable of organize an unstructured data while improving its skills and performance where as Meta bots are re-usable building blocks .Its Embedded real time analytics is best in industry ,you will have all required data on fly without any delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features which are not in community edition like Meta-bot . There are multiple activities available for same task/problem which make it difficult to choose best option at some times. Should have something similar to Re-Framework of UI Path in Automation anywhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently using Automation Anywhere for multiple POCs which involves data-mining, Billing-reconciliation process etc. It's quite easy to use that any non-technical person having business knowledge can build Bot by their own . Because of learning module provided by Automation anywhere anyone can easily understand the underlying architecture and concepts of tool , this reduce the dependency of class room training before using the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's easy to use, start with community edition and gradually move to Enterprise level as per your requirement . You don't need to go for any class in order to learn Automation anywhere, tutorials available on portal are sufficient,also you can post your queries/question to community which is quite active.

Could be more user friendly for non tech personnel to understand the offerings.

The best one being savings in time and increase in efficiency and accurancy of functions.

Do try their automation area identification tool which will help you evaluate areas of automation holistically. Also consider this as a game changer like I have mentioned earlier. Not as a cost center only.

The training is not updated because when I used the tool I got so many different options than what I checked during the training.

Update your trainings, since they are not up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
The bot developer client IDE is one of the best in the market especially in AA 11.x.
The control room architecture is very promising and at the same time easy to use and handle.
The client IDE can be used by those developers who have less knowledge in coding, which is more flexible.

The IDE in AA2019 is not the experience I were expecting. It is not that much friendly compared to 11.x.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation Anywhere I am automating business use cases across multiple domains like Insurance, Banking, Machinery Industries, etc.
It greatly improves their productivity and throughput.
More than that from the use cases I have done, I noticed that all the business cases involves complex rules and calculations, which are more prone to errors. With the implementation of AA, all of these human errors have been removed from the picture.

AA is the best and simple tools available in the market to learn and master. As a Robotic Process Automation vendor Automation Anywhere has fully fledged capabilities to implement solutions in multiple domains and use cases. It provides flexibility by making advantage of DLL files, which allows for more functionalities.

That is a fantastic product to help enhance performance and minimize the human element in business tasks which are repetitive and manual often actions, and the actions may be easily eliminated by creating feature rich robots using the "Automation Anywhere" tool. The tool needs to find a way to incorporate the host process, ERP, PDF files to enhance integration capabilities; system integration has to be enhanced.

Among my clients there is company that automates part of the regular manual interface work which is generally done at the conclusion of the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
These cycles are actually automated, eliminating the need for staff to log in at night to do regular work which follows logic.

It is easy, though you are able to automate various levels of requests based on the role of yours.

Automation Anywhere have very much good control on web, excel, SAP and other applications. which will ease developer to code efficiently and robust. Automation bot will be more reliable n performed well. I have developed 7 to 8 bot which never fails, due to technical glitch.

drag and drop capability ease for business user but also its GUI based, there should we environment like IDE, and code can be written there instead of drag n drop activity. this might increase the library and control over other application alike GUI commands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked in IQ bot, OCR based problem , Web and SAP etc, Reading invoice, taking decision over extracted data of OCR. also used Machine learning technique which helps bot to take decision over time if user or bot update rejected scenario.

It is future of RPA, which will lead world in RPA. as developer Point of view, it will secure our future in new technology where all industry heading. as user point of view it is making daily repetitive task automate and save money.
