What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the most was the ease of learning that the platform offers, such as videos and questions to answer!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like was the very high cost to obtain a certification, even being a professional. If you fail the exam twice, it becomes complicated due to the cost, as we live in Brazil and 50 dollars is a very high price for someone living in Brazil or neighboring countries like Argentina, etc. They could increase the number of chances for the exam to obtain the certification! Because only 2 attempts is very little!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RPA can help solve a gigantic series of problems that companies have been facing lately, such as cost reduction and things that end up being a waste of the company's money!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it is a great tool for process automation and bots. I intend to obtain all the certifications in the area, starting with the advanced one, for which I am about to take the exam again! There are only the cons I found along the way, such as the messy amount of certifications piled on top of each other, which makes it difficult to locate the tracks and certifications on the portal. But other than that, I highly recommend it. They just need to improve in the future regarding the very high prices for any certification, whether it's the entry-level at 50 dollars or the master at 100 dollars. For a country like Brazil, this ends up being a very expensive amount. I would like to congratulate the creators of the tool Automation Anywhere!

Easy configuration and effortless changes

The cost is slightly higher compared to a competitor. The coding structure can be improved.

Cost savings, headcount reduced, system utilization
I am working on RPA since long now.I just have one word for it as it's awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
I have started my career as python developer and then I got know about AA.Actually it's difficult to say one best thing but I would say Control Room is best part that I have liked the most in AA where I can handle the execution of all applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the plugin available in the market could be handwritten that will be better to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am leading the team of 35 members.We all were following all the repitative task to get the information from our tools.When I have done the certification of AA I have created a bot to automate that task and see now I have saved almost 60 mins of each Team member and we almost save cost of 2 team members.Thanks to AA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best purpose to refer AA to others is we need not to write whole code manually which helps others a lot.Bascially to those who don't like programing

The BOT insight and Discovery BOT feature were introduced to the platform. But there are few exceptional scenarios that has to be also added in
What do you dislike about the product?
The AA360 Business Analyst course was not that detail as Business Analyst V11
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyze processes that could be automated with Feasibility analysis and complexity analysis. An ROI analysis will be done for the listed processes, and subsequently, only the selected processes are ordered based on inputs given b the Process Prioritization Matrix and automated accordingly.
Ill recommend this course as useful for everyone to step into new technology.

The web, screen, and smart recorder which i used to automate the process of my daily work.

Nothing to dislike here each and every feature is good.

Lack of out of the box functions that supports common software that's used by most companies (i.e. SAP automation). From my experience, we need to install additional items to be able to automate in SAP.

Along with bot development aa have good features like IQBot, BotInsights, HBC, Attended Automation alongwith cognitive services.

Automation Anywhere doent have good find and replace feature in tool to replace any variable or anything else.

Automation Anywhere is the first company with a native cognitive, analytics, and Bot Store. AA is easy to adapt, use and learn. It can help in the reduction of day-to-day mundane, repeatative manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty sensitive. The slight change in native/underlying applications can lead to BOT failure and require a code change.
