What do you like best about the product?
Repeatedly applying a solution designed for a specific problem is often a tedious task that is solved by automating the entire process. All of this process can be connected to software anywhere with automation that can help automate it, with the help of whether this automated bot is regulated or processed on the server.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's kernel stops reacting and so does the server. When I spoke to a representative there, they provided me with a general determination of how to restart the system to restore the connection, although this would fix my issues which is not a permanent solution. Also it is a slightly higher maintenance and service fee that cannot be managed by an individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me to fix my code efficiency problems and similar errors in my repeated manual tasks. However it helps me work very fast by optimizing my work and automating it so that I do not have to agree and re-deal with the same solution. It provides a framework for regulating workflow speed and examining the tasks associated with automated bots.

There is total integration of workflow and management in the software, which can be controlled and controlled effectively. This equipment is recommended for locations where heavy manual types of repetitive work are required.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like this tool, since it works correctly fulfilling its objective, the automation is very good and does not require great skills for its use, the level of usability is quite high for the user and the technical user. It is very intuitive and the use of this tool will change the ways of operating companies, it is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I have noticed some irregularities, especially in small processes, so sometimes it cannot be automated at certain times due to its rigidity, I have also seen that it does not have good development capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has covered many problems and has greatly simplified the work, covering all the needs we have had, having a great impact on commercial activities, making it a quite useful tool in the company.

1. Deploying a tool on web interface make it dependent completely on internet connectivity.
2. UI need a lot more improvement as every time, i want to add variable it refreshes with some sort of pop-up which reduces user productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the simplest and easy to use software, with just a basic technical knowledge you can discover its amazing functionality. I am a happy customer of Automation Anywhere, which is very easy to configure and it is built on advanced technology which allows various possible solutions for numerous tasks. It has become my favorite tool which enables me to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most common issue that I am facing with Automation Anywhere is that its processing becomes slow gradually when it comes to processing of the large amount of data. Moreover, it causes trouble when you have to extract the basic information from the documents (various formats). Also it becomes difficult to find some key tools on its mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially I was in great trouble as I have to manually feed the data in generations of receipts and to deal with customers was also not easy for me, because I always lack the detailed information. Automation Anywhere has appealing interface and I can always customize it whenever it is required. Further due to business tours I have to leave the official platform and thanks to this amazing application which has provided me a mobile version to stay connect with my team and to execute my work in a continuous manner.

This tool is very suitable for business to business type set ups and also it will help customer service providers. It will help you to brig modification in already going process and it will provide you a transparent view of every key process.

It is a good product and I like that it is easy to use, therefore anyone with basic coding knowledge can learn the tool and start automating and also the commands make coding quite easy, this tool is very effective and It has multiple triggers within the tool and makes it easy to automate business procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying bugs were found in the implementation, but then fixed with the latest version, on the other hand, I noticed problems in the control room, therefore sometimes the loaded tasks cannot be removed and it is tedious, I have to contact the support team and I can't always do it.

It is being used for different automation processes, because we discovered that Automation Anywhere is more cost effective and easier to implement, therefore we have been able to create various automations to read and send emails, register and transfer products and analyze various data. It has been a great help is good.

I'm glad to be a happy customer. While the quality of the mobile application of yours is actually excellent, a lot of the features offered in the desktop computer version are not, that often causes us problems. Its mobile app is just beneficial for the most common tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
While developing my bots I used to face many errors and issues related to the issue of code integration, service handling and maintenance. Sometimes it also requires a restart of the kernel for better performance which can be fixed with some modifications to the tool. As it is the general issues that I found but I think what surprised me was that their executive also has no solution to such problems.

Automation Anywhere is a blessing RPA tool. I was facing great trouble in managing my billings and generation s the quotations and to maintain the client data on simple sheets, was oil to fire and I was in huge trouble to guide our customers on time. But after using Automation Anywhere application have got rid of my problems, now I always have the transparent idea about the customer’s data, and I easily provide them update anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I face the issue of slow generation of Reports, but it was also associated with the internet connection, so we can’t blame Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me real time reporting respectively, so that I have clear idea about how our process initiated. Moreover I am at ease in generating our invoices. It is integrated with excel which provides me the facility to process our excel sheets.

It has helped my team in dealing with finance and sales related activities. It has simplest interface and we did not face any issue in its installation. No doubt this application is useful for automation purposes, but for the creation of forms and bot it has some lacks. I think they need to enhance its features and built some advanced kind of functionalities for its all users.
