Huge learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is novice friendly, and helps understand it in terms of applying to out work projects. I also like that it was a very interactive course.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I didn't like was that some of the points were really dragged on for a while even though the concept was understood already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have understood how I can go about applying RPA in my work and how that will save up a lot of utilized hours by resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend taking your time with the course and understanding concepts in depth, it will help in applying your knowledge.

Control room actions, compatibility with the computer, speed of action and many such factors

Nothing much. Few actions under Internet Explorer

Right now, I have not used Automation Anywhere in my daily work activities but we are searching for some scope where we can implement some innovation/automation with this wonderful tool

What do you like best about the product?
1. Ease of Use.
2. Community Edition.
3. Cloud installation removes hassle of installing bulky software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment time is increased in Cloud Installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for learning purpose as of now. Will update my review once i got an opportunity to solve any real world problem.

Automation Anywhere - Leader in RPA

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use.
Integrates ML features(IQ BOT) along with RPA for automating wide variety of business processes.
Unstructured data can be converted to useful information and used further down the line for rest of RPA process.
Support staff is pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't work very well with the handwritten documents. Accuracy seems to be on the lower side when dealing with Handwritten documents.
Program because difficult to read when it becomes huge.
License seems to be on the expensive side but gives a better ROI for big time projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated business processes ranging from banking processes to FMCG processes.
It has good security features hence automating banking processes doesn't pose a problem.
Various processes related to insurance, airline etc. industry are also automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can opt for Automation Anywhere for automating medium to high complexity processes.
It provides wide variety of features useful for completing the automation process.
It provides additional ML and advanced features for tackling very complex processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is very good tool for working in RPA and the ui interface very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
some we run the workflow it take too much time some time get problem with image OCR.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of time i do excel automation i do filling data from one place to other.it take less time for working has compare that any human is working with no error.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very good tool for the working anyone can go for this it is easy to use.so i think that people should have try the automation anywhere it is amazing platform where you can work on this.

AA - The key to efficiency booster in telecom contact centers!

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that the theory was backed up with real life scenarios helped in understanding of concepts. All the topics were well covered with real life scenarios. The quizzes at the the end were even more useful. They helped in embedding the concepts in the mind and helped me use them in my job.
the availability of user templates, the dashboards and recording features were helpful in the automation of a gambit of services we provide to our customers.
The customer is happy with the proceedings so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. So much emphasis was given on theory but hardly few questions from theory. Also I will wan to see AA developed more in future so that it can cater the intricate business needs like image recognition ability, extracting inputs from images etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The contact center where I work uses a lot of manual transactions. Also there are few intelligence level transactions. I am identifying automation scope and have automated some areas of billing, provision and Assurance.
AA is helping me in automate few intelligence level transactions as well.
We have a program running where we aim to automate 60% of our transactions in first year and 70% in second year.
Due to client confidential contract I cant give much details
Recommendations to others considering the product:
all the business working with contact centers with lots of manual transactions. AA will be a delight for efficiency boosters.
Apart from that my colleagues in BFSI sector have also endorsed the usage of this.
i am very confident that AA will solve most their issues.

Make human more human with RPA

What do you like best about the product?
RPA helped us a lot to do our repeated task , especially on our HR and finance department. This helped us to make our 'human' become more human. The employee can be allocated to do something more things that need human intervention. For example, we use RPA to helps our HR team to create daily real-time report for our employee candidates. After the automation, all these task is helped with the RPA Automation Anywhere bots. So, our HR team can do any other task like do any interview with the selected candidates ( based on the report that had been sent by the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes, it need to restart some Automation Anywhere services that make the bot did not work properly. which this may affects to the our daily RPA tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The approval data (based on logic decision). After all the automated task, our daily manual basis job is run by scheduler. which we don't need to run the bots manually. Our employee doesn't need to do some manual process/job every hour and every day. This thing is automated with RPA Automation Anywhere. Our manual process (before RPA) might take 2 - 3 days SLA, and after the automated , we received all the report real time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is some feature that Automation Anywhere had on Community Version that has not available on Automation Anywhere Enterprise. Some of them is like the Google Drive feature, which has a good thing if it available on Automation Anywhere Enterprise

We are using AA RPA for one of the client application and it is very simple to work

Training for AA should be a bit in details

Accessing client application from our organization network was a bit combusted process which made simpler using AA RPA

I fully recomment Automation Anywhere. We Automated one of the Citrix application which was unable to identify with Automation tools like UFT
