AA RPA the best software that is helping to improve and automate heavy and monotonous processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because it was easy to adopt RPA with agility and create new ways to help us by automating processes, it is a scalable software with a vision of the future. I liked that it made things that are repetitive and hectic easy and the commands were easy to use without needing to be the best at coding. AA is a very intuitive software and it was worth implementing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be much easier to understand at first, I remember that we felt confused and little by little we understood.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was definitely the best option we could take, this RPA is doing a great job with its artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, it is the best it works very well in fact it is doing it now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software will help you a lot with some training, I recommend it to automate demanding tasks.

1. It provides Flow as well as a list which is very helpful while creating a bot.
2. No need to download bulky applications for it, it provides a cloud-based control panel.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. When I tried the community version, I have to face a server problem. I received errors like Bad Gateway.
2. I can pass only one parameter to a Python function for that I have to do some extra coding in Python for splitting parameters from one input.

2. IQ Bot is already trained on different documents which helps me a lot.
3. It automates the tasks which take a lot of time for humans, which saves time as well as money.

It is developer-friendly. Very secure and robust Technology.

Support is not very quick. previously the forum is not that strong but now we get a lot of queries resolved there. I am looking forward to Hybrid Automation feature in the Automation anywhere so that we can do Hybrid Automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated a lot of HR, finance and other processes and we are now likely to have depended on those bots. We helped save hundreds of hours and got a Very good RIO.

What do you like best about the product?
It is software that is helping a lot in the organization, thanks to the automation of processes. I liked that it was easy to get used to and automate demanding tasks, it makes things that are repetitive and hectic easy and the commands are easy as drag and drop, and it's also a low code platform, what more can I ask for? great RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the OCR capabilities are very poor and I think they can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good RPA that is at the top for its features. We were able to automate tasks that are very extensive and complex, which is helping us a lot.

It is an easy RPA to implement, I recommend you do it at once and enjoy the benefits.

There new interface in the browser which is a revolutionary feature is the best one. Also, they added some new features to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't allow us to use some external activities which are not present in AA tools.

Most of us are solving the business problems which required more FTE's time to do that process. The processes is like Invoice Processing, PO Processing, and some Excel processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the easy drag and drop option, easy-to-use feature, less programming-oriented, easy to learn tools in order to perform business actions. Understanding is improved due to the flowchart way of representation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to say the UI features could be a bit improves as compared to other RPA tools such as for Blue prism, and provide better in-depth listing tools for business review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems which we did as a practice was extracting the details for eg the NSE stock exchange table extracting the details of the stocks of the companies there and reading those data into MS excel. The benefits was how easy and efficient the working becomes with the deployment of bots and less time taken as compared to when we humans try to perform that task.

The best thing that I like about Automation Anywhere-RPA is that it is so easy to use and navigate that even a beginner can use it with ease. It has high security compared to its other competitors and also offers a 30 Days free trial which is just awesome.

The Automation Anywhere-RPA is a complete solution and is the best in the market. Like its said everything has room for improvement so I think that you can improve in the debugging field.

By using Automation Anywhere-RPA we save lot of manual hours and automate critical and complicated process for easy operation. This in turn increase our productivity and hence increase our profits.

I like its versatile feature of using it on the cloud without hassling about installing any software. Anyone can create a process on the browser and even run it from the browser. Almost all the package for developing the bot is pre-installed so that very cool feature of AA.

To learn or to utilize the full feature of AA you need to have the Enterprise version which I think is not good for learners

I have done multiple AA - RPA projects for various clients and It helps the clients on cutting the FTE cost and meeting the SLA.
Apart from this due cloud being the base for A360 - it gives the organisation centralised control, which they can use to apply analytics and work on process improment.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful and must appreciate thing is Automation Anywhere Support and the way they are handling the customer need. They are very much patient with understanding the customer's problem and expectations. Always tend to fulfill customer needs and explain all the aspects in a detailed way so that customers can understand the situation and product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SLA time of the ticket. It would be great if we get the response a little earlier. We will be able to create SEV-1 always, but most of the tickets that we are creating are critical and affect the business progress. For SEV-2 also we are waiting for 2 days to get a response and by the time the issues are escalated in another level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reduce the number of people involved in the same process for so many hours is reduced and the bot is taking control. The major problem is the time taken for a single process with multiple resources. By using Automation Anywhere we have overcome this problem.
