Easy to use and even a layman can understand the tool without proper experience on RPA.

Using AA for Mainframe interaction in the citrix environment. Time, space & cost is the best benefit realized.

Coding using AA is very developer friendly and the overall Bot performance is excellent compared to any other automation tool

System integration needs to be improved. AA needs to find ways to integrate mainframe, ERPs and PDFs and needs to improve the integration options

We are doing process automation in large scale using AA. IQVIA is a leader in Hrealthcare industry and we have over 10, 000 processes globally which are very complex in nature. Before selecting AA we have assessed multiple Automation tools and found AA is the most suitable one to handle complex scenarios, different operating environments and AA performance and coding is much easier compared to other tools. The major benefit is it is highly scalable and efficient tool

What do you like best about the product?
The Tutorials in Automation Anywhere are well explained and Covers each and every minute details about the subject, The Evaluation questions after each Module are really helpful to rate our self in terms of Understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the product does not have any sort of much dislikable features as of now but still the Deployment of Bots takes a considerable efforts and retries sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am Solving the business problems varying form Reading data from Excel Sheets and Inserting the data into CSV Files. The Benefits ranges from Time saving to Better accuracy of the Work Done.

What do you like best about the product?
Effective and User Friendly - We have looked at various options for almost three to six months before we chose Automation Anywhere as our RPA partner. Automation Anywhere is simple to understand even for people with non technical background. We are from Financial Services have developed an In House team which develops and administrates the bots after getting six weeks of training from Automation Anywhere. They were very helpful in training us and resolving all our queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we can have the Task bot and IQ bot as single product. Not sure whether this is possible, but it will help immensely for financial processes. This will be very helpful in automation the Accounts Payable process. May be sometime in the future this might happen as well:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All repeated and rule based process in our office are automated now and it has provided the users to harness their time in a better way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After using the tool for more than one year now we would strongly recommend Automation Anywhere as a go to product if you are venturing in to RPA. The ease in which we can develop and put bots in to production is simply the best in market.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling the capital from SAP and applying the necessary filters to get the CVG Entity/business combination. Review each WBS for policy compliance (over spending, finish dates, no spending for the last 3 months, R&D requirements etc.). Send out an email to the contacts for each project to get an update on the flagged items. Then updating AP with received updates.
Out of Scope: Puerto Rico and certain OUS manufacturing sites are out of scope for the first phase of this exercise. Items marked complete are also out of scope.

Wonderful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The Automation anywhere tool is very user friendly,no matter what background you have before getting hands dirty on this tool. It's very well positioned as well as compared to its peers with respect to development friendliness and pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there aren't much cons of Automation Anywhere but definitely one month trial period is getting over pretty quickly. A 3 months trial period would be much appreciated by new learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere hits the bull's eye for automating routine jobs- for us now it was about generating various reports and sharing them with respective stakeholders on timely basis via email.

The best is the satisfaction of business when I pass them working solution doing everything without them even knowing that anything is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The re-usability of components is very limited. A local store for scripts and reusable peaces of tasks would be useful.

Many of the bank processes related to credit cards, new account etc.
Also we are starting to implement IQ Bot in the processes.

The tooling is giving perfect opportunity to implement savings in repetitive processes. Also the amount of mistakes is decreased to minimum. And as the scripting is becoming easier with every update the implementation of another automation is becoming less an less time consuming.
