What do you like best about the product?
It has been a fantastic journey to work with Automation Anywhere till now as it is global leader in the market for RPA. Met with lot of helpful people here & learnt lot of things in different verticals.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see anything going wrong.Everything is going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I learned RPA and that too AA because to expose my self to reduce the repetitive tasks ti save time when extracting the data from web into csv .Web recorder is used very much.

Easy, versatile, quick adaptation, customer-oriented and connect, automation roadmap

Cost, tools for monitoring BOTS / infrastructure not versatile
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of Shared services. Also integration with other tools was easy which means a complete automation solution for our customers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
AA is one of the top Automation tools in general and RPA in particular with good roadmap on Automation. Support for customer is good and consulting too.
Agile response team, easy to train tool, very flexible and informative
What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness of AA, very agile in response and quick in trouble shooting, very accommodative to our request and flexible. Technology works very well. Good domain expertise who can build a bot in very short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though AA has good domain/RPA expertise in building/coding the bots, there is no much understanding of the process and hence we are more dependent on our process SMEs to provide inputs on work around or process redesign when there is a road block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary objective is to reduce manual efforts, improve efficiency and quality of output and give back time to our users to focus on more value added activities. In Accounts receivables we are automating Cash application and billing processes, in accounts payables we have automated the payments process which was very manual and many reporting activities which were earlier executed using spreadsheets. We are starting with IQ bots to automate AP invoice processing. In AR we have realized around 10% efficiency as we are yet to roll out the automation to all entities.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how intuitive and user-friendly is AA, as a beginner in the world of programming/developing, AA makes my life simpler,making my efforts more towards the logic of the program and less about the sintax/language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions don't work as they were suppose to.Object Clonning seems really random sometimes and Image recognition never worked for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm doing works for several areas in my company, it reduces a lot of the manual work force, makes the process faster and more reliable

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support is great and daily issues are getting resolved with high priority and the CSM support is also great.
Easy to learn & use the platform for development. All important connectivity items are included in the side menu and is easy to drag and drop and modify as per requirement.
Architecture is good - Runner, Developer, Control room method is ideal for our business environment.
Security measures and Credential vault features got enhanced in AA v.11.3
The workload management and queue system is a superb idea introduced in the current version.
Easy to learn & use the platform for development. All important connectivity items are included in the side menu and is easy to drag and drop and modify as per requirement.

Too much clutter in new control room dashboard
Bot execution in new control room(v11.3) is taking more time than previous version due to additional navigation added in UI
Bot runners could have a common login control mechanism through control room. So we do not have to maintain password for each botrunners externally.

Great tool for people coming from non-technical background. With just enough logical & analytical capabilities, the user can start automating complicated processes.

The support from Automation Anywhere has always been top notch in my experience with ready availability of experts as and when needed.
Automation Anywhere has also got excellent AI capabilities, thus allowing automation of a few processes where some logical thinking is required.
One more healthy feature is the Control Room. From the information I have from my Admin team, it is very simple to use with the ease of scheduling and workflows.
The support from Automation Anywhere has always been top notch in my experience with ready availability of experts as and when needed.
Automation Anywhere has also got excellent AI capabilities, thus allowing automation of a few processes where some logical thinking is required.
One more healthy feature is the Control Room. From the information I have from my Admin team, it is very simple to use with the ease of scheduling and workflows.

Break point does not work during debugging. The software is a bit expensive but with all the features available, it makes it worth it!!

We are using this tool to automate PO creation, PO change requests, Uploading Item cost logs, Item creation, running a myriad of reports etc

I would not hesitate in recommending Automation Anywhere to future automation aficionados due to its ease of use, compatibility with multiple systems, browsers and mail clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is in fact very easy to learn and use. You are able to create bots in a very short time which help you get rid of annoying processes (rather not complex ones). With the command-library you get everything you need to automate almost anything you would do as a human on the desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited to microsoft operating systems (clients). It would be nice, if there were future clients for mac OS and Linux.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's beeing used for reportings (take data from several systems with no api and consolidate those to a nice report), manual steps in between processes, getting data out of semi-structured files (IQBot).
Great experience with AA
What do you like best about the product?
AA has been a great educational tool as well as a revolutionary software in the company. The way most of the manual processes have been automated and the speed we can maintain through out the day has been a delight to watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the bugs are being fixed version on version, when a complete upgrade happens, it requires quite an effort to transition the entire setup to the new version.

Resulted in a lot of man hours savings and compliance to SLA times.

The platform is new and awareness is not much among the users.

To streamline the process of fetching QHSE score card and evidences which involves follow ups and confusing mail threads, which will help adherence to timelines and better monitoring at corporate level.
