I dislike being ignored and hate the people most who show attitude without any reason.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Process is easy to do work within minute without manual work completed the process within system with like macro automation. My process take a 8 minutes for picking the addresses and bank details but I automated my process it will take one second picking details its very helpful in my process the automation is very helpful in project Everything in my hand

The automation drawbacks some debugs error come while we are doing the process the data will lose anything automation is only the step 1 to step 10 but we miss the one step in automation every steps will go wrong

The problem solving automation any where we used in business benefits of the automation easy to handle like i have 10 excel sheet i take it come one excel within i get the everything in one excel

Easy to User Gateway to RPA

What do you like best about the product?
Easy accessibility - the application is intuitive, but its function is underpinned by excellent documentation, but also comprehensive e-learning with AA University.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Control Room API should allow the passing or parameters. We have got around this by using work queues, but I feel being able to pass parameters would have been a great value add. Better native handling of JSON would have also been useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of separate applications from a single source of truth application. The main application kicks of a bot which propagates the data down through the interfaces of the other applications, removing the need for an API to be developed or implemented.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Build out a simple use case to begin with, and get this into production. The ROI realised on this helps to promote the use of RPA on other use cases. AA provide a lot of helpful tools to calculate RPA and how to select good use cases.

What do you like best about the product?

fast automation and it is not necessary to have previous knowledge.
is a good tool that covers the whole process from start to finish, training and learning how to use this tool is the simplest, anyone can optimize processes, has a prototype of stable security, which assures you in an accurate way the quality of information and security between the processes, besides that, it allows to correctly manage the resources of the company
What do you dislike about the product?

the configuration is a little difficult but manageable, and the license prices are a bit expensive.
the way to deal with the problems of connection and disconnection are not very well focused.
because of the maintenance issue it's too expensive,The tool is a little unstable from the point of view of the generic user, but in the end it is very easy to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
send emails to clients with his account, My computer automated the process of sending account statements, the processing of repetitive cases for dispute claims, which determined that for certain amounts established, the same response is provided

it's a good tool that automates everything, it's the best I've seen so far.

Process Automation like a breeze!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease for non technical people to understand, model, adopt and test almost any process they normally do in their regular positions.

It's awesome how you can work against multiple common UI technologies available in the market without too much complexity while setting up the product to work against them. No need to do extremely difficult config steps.

All of these ease, will also impact how much effort will you need to train new people. You should be able to do it in 2 or 3 days.

The Control Rooms provides a nice level of governance over your bots, users, devices, and license. It's very intuitive and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, there should be some more advanced features for advance users... For example the ability to create functions or classes in order to encapsulate the code and promote the code reuse more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved problems:

- The error-prone nature of the manual work.
- Control of the consistency level in the work done, from managerial perspective.
- Boredom of repetitive task in daily basis.

Benefits:

- Increases speed, money and time.
- People focusing in more interesting task in their jobs.
- High consistency of the product of the digital workforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to adopt by non-technical users is an advantage to produce a big ROI in a short time.
Here in my company, we are generating lots of ROI in the first year!

People that started to use bots, are now in love with them. They suffer when the bot is in maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the variety of functionality to complete automation development quickly and efficiently. The Metabot and it's ability to consume external class library (.dll) is probably the feature that has allowed us to create scalable ad reusable automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to extend the debugging functionality to allow you to "step into" nested scripts that are called and raise exceptions into the AA error handling pipeline. This may not be such an issue with basic automations, but once you move to an enterprise architecture, we have a more structured approach for designing a bot, which involves splitting out functionality into separate tasks and components, which makes debugging more difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated a range of business problems from automating web applications, Oracle retail management java apps, Sharepoint 365 and main frame systems. AA allows us to automate tasks, which otherwise would not be possible, be too costly or would not be high enough priority for a full IT solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The ease use of AA means even business users can quickly get to grips with the technology and start developing automations quickly. I would recommend taking a look at the community edition to review how the product works.

The stand out features of AA are the Metabot, for making reusable components and consuming external .dll files, and IQ bot, to extract semi structured data for processing. The new features in v11 such work queues also offer a way to improve the scale and speed of your automations
