Extremely easy to use. You don't need to be a programmer just use your process driven mind.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simple approach. I've spoken many teams explaining how you don't need to be a programmer to user AA. Just use a recorder to capture the initial steps and drop in steps to loop and create the RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have a GUI interface like combo boxes, list boxes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple automation with repetitive tasks. I've used AA to take over a 1000 records and add them into a web interface.

Simple and easy to get automating

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn to code in. Can do many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to debug at times. it would be easier to debug if the active screen wouldn't cover the code screen.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere University explains how to implement instead of merely explaining how to use the tool. It's no secret on beneficial RPA is, but Automation Anywhere goes to lengths to make sure clients are getting the most of out their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
More tech support within the U.S. would be ideal. Although the tech team overseas is responsive, you'd like to get issues resolved right away so having tech support in the same time zone or a time zone with a few hours difference would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to automate tedious, manual processes. It's sped up TATs on operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I get an email at 9:31 am tempting me to write a review of AA and if I'm one of the first 250 reviews I'll get a $50 gift card from Amazon. I write the review IMMEDIATELY and I'm told "unfortunately your review wasn't one of the first 250.." right. Meanwhile as I write this edited review, there's a nice little message on my write saying "You're almost there!, complete your review to claim your reward"
What do you dislike about the product?
Who likes being played? I certainly don't. AA is a decent software but I'm sure there are other decent automation softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great tool for replacing humans who are expensive and mistake prone with robots who are neither.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation is to learn how to use this software. Once you see what AA can do, you will be convinced.

What do you like best about the product?
AA was willing to work with us in a manner that was appropriate for what I would characterize as a "fast follower" organization. The POC/POV with low commitment worked well to align our organization internally on the opportunity. Airgas leveraged the AA consulting partner network for the initial pilot (with no licensing commitment), development efforts, and post production support. We wouldn't be an AA customer without that go-to-market strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee churn is one pain point. In one year, I've had 3 sales reps and 2 customer success managers.
All with very different areas of focus and messages...... services and licenses, only licenses, and back to services now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to manage the high volume of transactions processed manually everyday. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software was evaluated, developed, and implemented to replace manual processes within the business.

Benefits include: FTE reduction and expense recovery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage a 3rd party at the start of your project.
Engage your IT organization early.
Think of maintenance before you start your project.
Be realistic when estimating the internal contracting lifecycle for software and services.

A good solution for RPA

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere Enterprise 11 is a great solution for RPA. They rebuilt the app from the ground up for v11 and it shows. The Control room is stable and reliable and, while RPA has it's quirks, AAE is intuitive and easy to learn the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the commands are less intuitive or we find we have to add many commands for a solution to work

We are automating repetitive tasks in many businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Automation Anywhere is simple to use and easy to learn. It also has a wide variety of commands that covers what is needed, as well as the capability of running other scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Automation Anywhere does not have "collapse" capability and find and replace functionality. This has caused headaches when trying to find variables that need to be replaced, or the beginning and end of loops and if statements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has helped us automate tedious processes so that employees can focus on higher value work. It has also add reliability and compliance with the elimination of human errors such as mistyping or miscalculating.

What do you like best about the product?
Working in Automation anywhere is easy and intuitive. The user interface makes it easy to interact between the RPA and our internal systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton of metric information available, would be nice to see if create clearer dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation Anywhere to replace manual business processes. So far we have had a benefit of approx. $280,000 just in our first year of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a comprehensive demo to show all of the things Automation Anywhere can achieve; work with other teams using Automation Anywhere; visit a trade show to learn how other companies are utilizing Automation Anywhere
