What do you like best about the product?
Most widely deployed RPA platform. Automation anywhere has enabled customers to scale there digital work force from 10 to 500 bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere is more developer oriented

It provides flexibility and accuracy in automating things in day to day activities
RAD RPA with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that a person with an Analyst background and zero programming experience can come out of training and within a few weeks automate light to moderate complexity processes is amazing. Other platforms cannot make this claim unless you have a development background.
What do you dislike about the product?
These are more minor issues than dislikes:
The documentation in some places could go deeper into the functionality.
You may have to rely strictly on IE if you have to do heavy lifting in terms of web automation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with rework due to a lack of worker accuracy. Speed is increased so people aren't waiting as long in downstream processes that require people. More time is spent on higher value work instead of cookie cutter work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great choice for having a wider range of role's as developers. Continuous improvement teams with domain experience can get trained easily to understand the capabilities or develop themselves. It's great for IT administrators /support who can get almost instant ROI from training ridding themselves of compliance tasks and other repetitive work which adds no value to the enterprise.

What do you like best about the product?
the best of this application is that you have easy access to a lot of automated instructions and for different environments. i have tested this application for around 3 weeks and i am very happy with the tool, totally recommended

the documentation offered can be better, for example i am trying to access to a remote server and write some notes there and i am still trying to find a way to do it

automate process that are not full web and they need interaction with windows desktop

This is a very good application, the most important thing is that you don´t need to install anything extra, all that you need is already there, the only issue is with backend processes

The Automation Anywhere RPA program is a very flexible and fantastic tool.
The interface is very user friendly.
AA University assists you to understand the basics of RPA coding.
Automation Anywhere has a good variety of built-in commands, like DB connection, SOAP/REST Web Services and FTP. .Etc.
A good amount of commands and system variables are available in the development interface.
Easy implementation.
Control room and bot insight provide better customer experiences.

We are using Automation anywhere to automate repeated financial processes which includes file downloads, file validations, task completion and corresponding Quality check process.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has some of the industry leading technologies and makes enterprise processes automation easy. Their UI design of the control room is fantastic along with the functionality of the client software.
What do you dislike about the product?
With being a newer technology there is expected to be issues, in certain environments this product can be a struggle to stand up. We have had issues with authentication using LDAP and the software installing section period. I believe Automation Anywhere is doing its best to continue to improve their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation Anywhere for account provisioning and human resource leave of absence timekeeping. We have seen decent benefits with Automation Anywhere so far with our pilot use cases but can see the value that the product brings.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find information and training. Walk through training scenarios. I have tried finding information and training on competitor sites and find it very hard to the extent that I need to engage by phone and email to obtain information. With AA it is there all on their site. This enables me to evaluate the product and engage in training

I did not find anything as it was far better than competitors websites that I have used

The GUI is clean and smart and there are thousands of possibillities to customize the Bots.
