Good Product; But Could Use Improvements in Training
What do you like best about the product?
It is a helpful tool to complete very basic repetitive tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of proper training for brand new users or if there is, it's difficult to find. I wish there was a course with real basic examples of how to create bots that do common tasks. It would help if there was very basic step by step training to get you started. Oftentimes when creating a bot I would be confused on something but don't know where to look for answers. Some training videos are very long and aren't too helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA helps with repetitive mundane tasks that would otherwise take me and colleagues a lot of time to do so it has saved us many man hours.

its potential for growth I think that as this software grows the abilities to automate process will increase and be able to handle more complex tasks.

it currently struggles with complex operations.

repeat tasks that do not require judgements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
be patient with yourself if your learning how to automate. understand that partial automation may happen before full automation. bite of small chunks and don't set your expectations too high for the first few bots you create.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use product. I really like it recording and cloning capabilities that makes the implementation much faster. I also like the community forum where I can post questions and get a quick response as well as metabots that are made available there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of work still needs to be in IQBot side, specially on how it handles unstructured data - such as hand-written documents and unstructured or semi-structured documents. Optimization of bots (outside of Bot Farm) is another area of concern for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of any back-office or one-office work being done in Banking, Healthcare and Insurance industries. The focus has been in reducing financial cost/ losses, improving end-user experience, reducing average turnaround time and improving human value.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend Automation Anywhere for the ease of use of the product as well their focus on the future. They are one of the two vendors who are defining the future of RPA and AI in back-office automation.

The content is displayed in a step by step way, this is very useful for people that is new in RPA.

Well, my native language is spanish and I'm using course with some friends with a level of english basic.

Making processes automated equals getting more time for productive work
What do you like best about the product?
We implemented our 2 Use Cases with AA and it has let us get a room to think on improving our overall process at Enterprise level. We are working on more use cases and we are amazed with the simplicity AA get along with our Web Services. I feels like a friendly bot helping us out.
What do you dislike about the product?
On issues with AA workflow we get it solved by our local AA support group. We often have to contact our Dev/Prod support to get it fixed instead auto fixed. Maybe this is not AA specific and we can improvise on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monotonous manual work is now automated. Helping to save hours and also cancelling any chances of human errors. Some processes are sensitive and no error is allowed. Bots come handy and reliable in those use cases.

Give it a try. It has well focussed Recorders, Chat bot creators with relevant set of Wizards to help.

No online posts or forum to do research about. If I need help with something, usually have to use internal resources rather than online posts

The AA products are really intuitive to use. No dedicated developer skills needed. A lot of drag & drop functionality that really eases the usage.

We've been able to automize a pilot process that was consuming 0,2 FTE before.

The user interface is sad and dated, especially for AA client

What do you like best about the product?
I like to have access to videos that are very detailed and give the knowledge necessary to understand and interact with the application. For someone who knows a programming language can be very intuitive and easy to work with automation anywhere. I think that is a strong RPA software that can make the difference in RPA Solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more documentation about Security Architecture and Installation (Is a little bit confuse and complicate for a new user to understand how to proceed with the installation) and documentation about the use of Meta Bots, Citrix and Best Practices. Is very useful have this type of functions in writing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the grandest things about Automation Anywhere is the possibility of record the elements on a windows application or in a web. Can provide a solution very fast and optimize the time of work and development.
