A very intuitive tool to use

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of deploying new bots, you expend some time adjusting the logic and testing right of the bat which gives you instant results. Also I like the way it can interact with modern web browsers like Chrome, which has its own plugin for better use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menus sometimes are confusing because it has too many options, they should be a way to condensed them within categories or something similar, also I think it can do more in terms of API connectivity or by integrating coding languages into it to make it more robust when is time to have things done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization we are automating simple tasks like ticket creation based on an specific criteria, as soon the ticket hits our bucket the RPA process comes in, analyze the data and acts accordingly to the logic that was created for each case scenario. With this we have discovered that some of other processes have a big potential to be automated since they are similar to the ones that Automation Anywhere is already capturing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a simple tool for Automation, consider Automation Anywhere it has a ton of neat options and mostly is user friendly, not like other tools that have clunky interfaces

What do you like best about the product?
MetaBot every time make my job more easier and this is one of the best thing in the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The place to programn and bild my code on AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that envolve EBS system and a lot off inputs from the users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to make the MetaBot more fast inside of EBS and prepare a better interface to insert codes and logics.

Quick way to Automate

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has some key features and helps to automate things faster. I like the way the team gets engaged and help to support for an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to see automation anywhere introducing new features but I'm disappointed with the stability of the tool. I see that functionality breaks and did not work for a while and suddenly it starts working after a week with no fix. I myself raised more than 5 defects in 3 months tenure. The support is responsive but it takes more time for issue resolution. Also, the defect is not fixed in the current version but fixed in a later version that's getting released after few months. It's becomes more troublesome that AA does not provide one-off patches. We can't keep on upgrading the environment every time there is a issue fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We try to achieve productivity benefits

Do a proper feasibility analysis before making a choice on choosing RPA as a way to automate and also in choosing the right tool for your organization.

So easy to Automate!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the GUI for developing BOTS. It is super easy to use and doesnt require a background in coding to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is the online training through Automation Anywhere University. It was good at laying out all the information and giving you a good background, but the tests and quizzes were at times too difficult and focused on seemingly meaningless parts of the training or were too ambiguous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the focus for our BOTS will be on replacing our manual report generation and various tasks my team does on a daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask as many questions as you can. Each use-case is different and will generate a different answer or solution. Its important to make sure that your ideas for implementation are feasible prior to getting going.

What do you like best about the product?
A360 features the most user-friendly automation interface of any reputable platform offered in the industry. It provides simple drag-and-drop capabilities and commands that are accessible to all users. It is a pretty complex tool with a very user-friendly interface. It's quite easy because to the online automation and Excel combination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere (RPA) provides updates on a regular basis to keep this programme stable and bug-free. There is nothing about this software that I dislike; it functions perfectly for me. The cost of IQBot is too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with the assistance of the community of Automation Anywhere. The availability of learning portals in the portal makes learning automation everywhere simpler. I've been able to schedule the bot for any time.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a really good tool for people to pick up very easily. For people who don't have a technology background, it is a fairly straightforward tool to explain.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of things that AA can improve upon and add, especially to keep up with the changing landscape of technologies out there. For example, there are built in commands for XML manipulation, but not for JSON, which is pretty standard nowadays.

The drag and drop functionality gets time consuming and tiresome, and the lack of keyboard commands (for example, copy and pasting variables) makes developing in AA more time consuming and tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of business problems in which employees are doing mundane tedious tasks that are almost robotic. Using AA to alleviate the employees from doing these tasks to focus on other innovative things have proven beneficial in both ROI and employee satisfaction. It also allows business groups to rethink their business process.

What do you like best about the product?
Product is easy enough to use for those in the intermediate technical side, but with some caveats
Product is also robust enough for more technical users to do powerful automations
Add on-s like Bot insights and IQ bot
We use a Hybrid COE/ Federate model which is great for teams who are technical savvy enough
I do enjoy the Consulting team Like Raj Patil Was great to work with and gave great feedback and lessons learned
What do you dislike about the product?

Marketing of the product makes this seem to simple, technical skills are needed for most long Term Automations Projects,
Support will be needed for most long Term Projects
Testing Is needed for Most Long Term Viable Automations
Those Caveats, might be multiple environments, or process dependent, like a 3rd party website,
Additionally not working in chrome needs to be addressed
Product capabilities are often over-hyped
Stability of the Automation needs to be improved upon
Financial ROI should be improved upon as Annual Cost savings do not consider Development time, and need to be annualized (x12 ( divided by number of months Active)

We can handle this product very easily for below point of view.
1) Infrastructure & installation

3) Quick learning & easy for power user

We cant able to integrate any third party product like ML platform, I think AA has to make it faster comparing to other product for adopting new technology.

We are using this product to resolve structured data use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a wonderful platform to learn how to develop bots, how to automate things right from our housebuilding digital workforce and also helping in creating cognitive bots driven by AI and ML.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Automation Anywhere.It is a complete package which helps us in automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current business problems which are being solved using Automation anywhere is that we want the banking sector to be fully automated and bank employees are tired of replying the same answer to the customers. So , by using Automation anywhere, we are developing bots which can interact with the customer and help him in solving his needs and also reduction in work of the bank employees.

What do you like best about the product?
The Control Room interface is easy to understand and the Creator platform is flexible to cover almost all our automation needs thus far. The newest versions are exciting and it's clear there are significant investments to drive more features and usability for all types of IT and business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most businesses in high growth stages, the support organization needs to staffed with skilled resources and escalations handled appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling our employees and removing mundane work. This is a key capability for our company to create a flexible digital workforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a dedicated team to focus on the initial rollout and sprint. Executive Support, Change Management and a Center of Excellence are all required for success.
