not up to the mark in surface automation

I am using this as RDA solution for the business. its give complete ownership and control on solution the user and helps mitigate data security challenges aside to tangible benefit

not efficient as other automation softwares
What do you like best about the product?
may be the cost effectiveness only, in some activities you can give your .net code which is not a good thing when it comes to the non technical background employees. I like the some activities as it is entirely based on the user to modify and use it but these too can be improved. when i used it earlier i faced the most problems because of the .NET commands as i have to pass the commands in almost every activity.
and also the properties are not very much so activities should be increased as pr the user requirements.

everything other than cost, least user friendly, the activities are not as elaborate as in some competitive automation tools
should update the user interface and the propertied of activities. non technical employee can't learn Automation Anywhere.
Number of activities should be increased in Automation anywhere so that it can compete in this competitive environment. so far i already switched to new tool but if necessary changes are made i definitely will switch back to automation anywhere

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
haven't realized any benefits other than cost effectiveness.Automation anywhere can be used in small scale industries for work purpose as it is cost effective but for long and generic processes i would not recommend automation anywhere to my colleagues. it should be more user friendly and also properties are very less in every activities .If doing these changes effect the cost than it will be worth it in my opinion automation anywhere is not a good tool in present but it can be improved .

Automation Anywhere is a powerful and versatile tool to automate the repetitive tasks which don't require human intervention.The tool is having very good user interface with having around 500+ commands which almost covers all the actions we perform. provides notifications after job completion, has very rich features while working with excel and csv file . can perform database operations . can extract and load data without any effort irrespective of applications.

have issue while working with Object cloning , while ran on a different machine. even while capturing the data facing resolution related issues.

using to avoid repetitive tasks in Oracle Applications.

usually, there are issues with object cloning and keystrokes.

The tool's power to handle the complex operations with ease.
User interface is very simple but yet very powerful.
The availability of Control room which is a powerful interface for handling Admin operations.

Sometimes Object cloning gives hard time, maybe we are still using 10.5 but I have heard it has improved massively in upgraded version.
Sometimes Keystrokes struggles with the Excel Operations but it is very rare case

We have worked on Financial use cases where we have worked on charging chargebacks.
Which has helped the Financial team of ours in many ways, no more they beat their head on the same and repeated process rather they can work on better logical processes.

Best RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other RPA Tools , coding knowledge is not needed. its developed for Business team. The IQ Bot concept is very good to extracted data from scanned images which is not available in any other RPA tools.

Earlier Its has no trial versions for the non partners users. They have released the community edition which resolve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using automation anywhere to automate the finance transactions. We automate SAP and Excel and web based applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend automation anywhere since any business user can learn and automate process. No coding knowledge is required. It have IQ which having machine learning ,AI capabilities to extract data from scanned images/pdfs.
