What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, low code programming environment, does all expected RPA tasks that one should expect from an RPA platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very similar to other RPA platforms on the market. Personally, having started RPA using UI Path, I must say that AA seems like a clone of that tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All problems that can be shoulved with the platform. In comparison to other RPA platform, the main advantage of this one is the cost, mainly when compared to BO.

The user interface, friendly and easy in use.

We can not schedule bots in the CR on working days. In ING we use working days to create processes.

From Management Accounting perspective, we process consolidation of global income reports, Balance Sheet, Cost, extracting data from Web applications, use macro's , visual basis scripts, Mail options

What do you like best about the product?
In the midst of crowed automation tools in the market, AA stands out as the winner by providing IQ bots with Cognitive capabilities and I recommend AA to all my customers. Their tailor made pricing allows me to suggest different licence package options to our customers based on their budget and automation potential.

NONE, there is nothing in particular I dislike

1. AA is used to automate high volume repetitive processes or mundane tasks which enables the executives to focus more on customer facing activities

What do you like best about the product?
A typical day includes ... with employees & management , understanding the talent requirement , head hunting on various portals , LinkedIN ,natural market groups ,,,,collating reports , data , taking care of day to day operations, serving the requirements of employees , being a trainer ..I am passionate about learning new thing every day. Make people Happy; live every day as a last day of life

non that i encountered everything is good.

Deals with routine jobs like excel csv files etc

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Learn and develop projects in a shorter duration of strict development timeline. Easy to teach new developers while on-boarding from the various domain. Still, a few features can be enabled to optimize faster development and bug fixing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping in metabot, no learning platform for the creation of dll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive actions related to SAP, Outlook, Excel & Flexcube applications. Benefit earned as per developer is fall in the timeline of the process.

Implimentation of Financial Close Process using RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Detailed design was established. The way we handled closed process country by country using excel as input was awesome. Also reusability of metabots across all master bots of close process is super. Credential vault and Dashboard in control room makes attractive for management to go with AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot creator licensing must be free and unlimited (since AA is free for SMEs and Students now)
Bot runner licensing must have been billed only for Production environment and the same numbers should have been given free for test instances.
Sometimes capturing oracle forms as assets in Metabot was difficult. The close button in forms was not captured. we had to use keyboard shortcut keys.

Application transactions were stopped during month end process. Now we can minimize this window. And release the resources involved in this close process for other priorities.
