Intelligence of tool, Easy to learn and use

Using Automation Anywhere, Automated Complex Oracle Month-End process like Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory close.

What do you like best about the product?
Features provided by AA mostly suits to do automation of all kinds of industry requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should be convenient to call VBA(Macros).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our Network Operations, which our team does manually are Automated using AA. Automation is Stable and Reliable.
Easy, Elegant and Extraordinary
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the application yet it is so powerful. It can be used across multiple applications which gives immense advantage in automating the processes across applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the process of releasing BOTs to production environment can be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating the repetitive tasks that are done by admin teams currently. This is helping us to save time and have resources concentrate on much important tasks.

Automation Anywhere is a very uer Friendly RPA Tool which helps in identifying automation possibilities in processss

It is a relatively new tool for me to use and hence I am still on my learning curve

Identyfying areas where automation can be deployed and human intervention would br redeuced

Recorders(smart recorder, screen recorder,web recorder) ,object cloning,error handling, string operation,PDF integration.

Limited to usage in developing applications.

Automation Anywhere has been in the testing phase since around last October, and this year it has moved to the environment setup and full-scale implementation stages.
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other companies' products, the management aspect is enhanced. Regarding robot development, the modularization of robots and reusability are considered relatively easy to achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support environment in Japanese is weak. Enhance the localization of the product into Japanese, as well as the documentation and educational content. There is less information compared to other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, efficiency, and labor reduction of routine tasks. We expect to achieve these while considering security and control aspects.

Everyone in charge(CS,SE,SD) are kind.
Creator display is easy to view.
Create bot is not real programming, but it is fun.
Create view is not flowchart. it is easy to understand especially Nested structure(like if-else).

There are few Japanese manuals.
There are few Japanese e-learning.
Hard to find information in web.
The robot often fail if I do not write "delays" command.
Even though nothing has changed, but the robot behavior changes.(success / unsuccess)

I would like to reduce the routine work done by humans.(especially IT help desk)
Moreover, I would like to reduce tickets from users.(link with chat bot)

Ease of use and the functionalities provided via the Automation Anywhere software

The delays in the functionalities that will be added in new versions and releases

Improve the quality of work, have employees focus on value adding activities in stead of repetative processing activities

While running the code we can come to know the error line number.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there are multiple IF conditions it is difficult to use find the IF starting and closing.

End to End SAP and it saved the time a lot.
