What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate some of the route this I am required to do on a daily basis

There wasn't anything that I did not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to automate route manual, daily task, i.e. running and manipulating data in the same compliance reports.
I would be able to get more done throughout the day if I don't have to devote some much time to the reporting process.

From the trail demo, I so very excited and feel this would be a great product with any company
Training articulation is amazing and i would recommend other to go through it
What do you like best about the product?
I attended BA training and got myself certified, and I would say the way it was articulated to make user experience is amazing. I would recommend all the interested candidate to learn about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certificate download option was not available, Automationanywhere share the link to the candidate, though option to download the certification would be great. I wrote email to Automationanywhere about it but couldn't follow up on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payments, Client onboarding and client servicing for retail and corporate banking clients. Benefits, reduced 30%+ FTE efforts, reduced errors, and achieved very high customer satisfaction

Administration and insights needs a lot of work. Not yet user friendly for admins. Some reliability issues with bot runner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple manual time consuming repetitive process are being targeted. A lot of end user time saving and cost savings have been realized.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of programming, ease of managing real time BOTs, concept of MetaBots. Simple implementation, managing bot activities, reports, basically all the features. The flexibility and the tools available for programming is just amazing. The web CR has some amazing features that enables to manage the different support in terms of access control management. The recorders - Smart Recorders, Screen Recorders, Web Recorders have some great features. The enterprise client enables to create automated tasks with ease. This is highly efficient, it helps eliminate the human errors, increase transaction speed, improve coordination,
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much of dislikes, only if the control room would have more features. If something can be done to address hand written documents, will help solve for a lot of process accuracy issues. Efficiency of a lot of Bots was has been very low due to multiple challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple project for multiple matrices. Level 1 data entry process were the first one we focused and achieved amazing results. Reducing duplicate inflow of transactions. Successfully used bots for matching critical financial transactions. Used over 200 bots to enhance the workflow for a large utility client and achieved astonishing results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can be rest assured about the product and support. The software is also flexible and has capability to be used with any kind of operations, it though has some limitation and am sure as we move forward the gap would get bridged.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
User interface and placement of icons facilitate easy trainability. I have witnessed that after two days of training most persons can start the basic automation. To other tool provide easy drag and drop functionality compared to AA. Branding has developed to a stage where RPA means first AA. Launch of community version is expected to increase self training momentum and improve resource availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of examples covered in tutorial can be achieved by scripting. To automate any real life process basic/advanced training does not help. We need videos on complex work with multi stage automation.

We automated process related to financial shared service unit.
Great rpa tool, Easy to Learn and easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an easy to learn tool and the preset business functions or processes make it very easy to learn. You have to learn to think analytically and in detail so you can mirror and mimic the business process but the menu helps you through the steps and makes sure you cover every detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to learn to read the code and learning to write comments so you can remember what you did previously when setting up the situation and trying to de bug it later on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using AA to set up accounting processes - both payroll and paying invoices; HR processes and the WES group is setting up many netwrok related bots, Verizon Wirless uses bot chat bots and task bots to make their processes better

Enterprise Ready Process Automation Tools
What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other RPA tools, AA offers many special and unique features such as a Marketplace for Bots, IQBot for intelligent recognition of document elements and with their new features from V11 such as queuing of transactions, distribution of task execution, lockers of credentials in CR, ... it even got better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of AA differs from other vendors like UiPath or BluePrism. You need to get used to the "script"-like design of the editor if you haven't been involved into programming before, but anyone can learn it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of report generation, pulling data from one system, converting it and pushing it into another.

Automating tasks can be easy and fun
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part of Automation Anywhere is the easy to use platform. Everything is well laid out and 500+ commands are life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training modules are long and demonstration videos are not always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating pricing data uploads from distributors that occur on a monthly basis. In addition, I use the software to automate information gathering such as invoice data extraction to better identify costs that are not visible on the Purchase Order item level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anything new can be daunting. The software is fairly easy to use and practice will be the best way to understand the system

Easy yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is simple, straight forward and easy to understand. The ability to drag and drop commands is helpful as well as intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is somewhat steep, but I believe that is because of how powerful the tool can be. Perhaps a few improvements could be made for loops and If/Then statements to make them a little more user friendly.

We are realizing a lot of daily tasks can be automated and allow employees to spend time on more important tasks. Simple and repetitive tasks are the big time savers for us.
