Relatively easy for a newbie

What do you like best about the product?
The Hello Bot demo was extremely helpful since I had absolutely no experience with coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 4th module in the Hello Bot training has a glitch that doesn't automatically move forward, but it can be manipulated to finish the module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate simple, repetitive processes within our organization to allow agents time to work on more complex activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Class was very interactive and able to follow thru with directions; loved the hands on experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Google Products Friendly or Chrome friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recover manual time and steps in processes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Google friendly and Chrome friendly is desired as most companies are moving towards Google Products and mail merge is important feature and to have an addon is not warranted or desired for most companies

What do you like best about the product?

I like the simplicity of the interface .
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like that we couldn't use it in Chrome. Explorer causes a lot of issues on my computer

Would be nice to have access to documentation and use cases for different Categories

It was sometimes hard to get help given the number of participants was far greater than the number of help.

Reports, identifying verbiage in contracts.

Friendly and clear instructions showing the capability of Automation Anywhere (AA)

Connectivity issues, which was not AA's fault.

Reducing the human interactions in time consuming tasks that add no to little value.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the large number of capabilities within Automation Anywhere. I also enjoyed how there were various different ways to accomplish the same task, allowing each of us to create our own experience via a different path.
What do you dislike about the product?
The level of complexity was a bit tough for me since I've never touched anything robotics before now. It would help to have a guide built directly into the program that users could access while building.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My department has a large number of manual processes that open up a ton of room for error. By automating these processes, we would be able to avoid that potential for human error.

Automation Anywhere vastly simplified the process for automating processes. The tools were varied and intuitive.

Some functions were less intuitive than others
