What do you like best about the product?
The ease of bot creation is the best feature where you don't need to be a developer to create it. And we can easily analyze the performance of bots through dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike while using this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated the process of employee onboarding and payroll distribution.
A Business Process can be easily automated by Automation Anywhere.

1. User Interface of Automation Anywhere is very simple and easy to use it.
2. Automation Anywhere offers the Drag-and-Drop to develop the Workflow.
3. Supports the Diabase Automation , Web Automation and Desktop Automation.
4. Less Coding Knowledge is required to Develop the Workflow.

We have not found any big challenges with Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has reduced the manual tasks and also reduced human errors(mistakes). For processes with far many repetitive mistakes, which helped boost the productivity. It completely eliminated the impact on the everyday routines of our workforce. The outcomes of our analysis are correct on track.

Coming from a non-developer background i like the easy to use interface and the availability of pre-built templates.

There are hardly any features/commands available for email automation

Automation Anywhere is user-friendly and easy to use and provides different commands to create software bots in a less time-consuming way and requires almost no programming knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Downsides noticed with Automation Anywhere.

Anywhere automation reduces the process flow and also saves time, the effort of the company and We could automatically trigger the Bot and we can also Monitor the Bot Status in Control Room.

The ease of use of Automation anywhere RPA and the availability of templates make it more simple to create process.

Nothing to dislike. Just documentation needs to be organized

We have automated the process to back-up all servers at a pre-defined time through remote acces.

What do you like best about the product?
Affordable, precision and user friendly. It won't be a hassle to set it up and any of us can easily do it. When I started using it, I was in two minds about the problem it solves but as soon as I got the hang of it, I would use it for all my tasks.
The best part is I could easily customize it as per my usage for my office and sometimes I would just like to use it for some of my personal work and it seamlessly help me do that too. The bots could adapt to my usage and would mostly give me desirable results.
For my organization, it has largely helped us increase revenue generation as earlier, the tasks that were done manually are all now automated, thanks to RPA.

Could have had better support for the customer. I had some difficulties in getting support but otherwise it was great. Also, the bots could be a bit more user friendly. Maybe some changes to the basic algorithm would largely help it mak it user friendly but that shouldn't be much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work a lot with the API's and parsing JSONs have always been a task for me. RPA has helped me a lot in getting the data from the APIs.
I could schedule it to whenever I want and boom, there's data right on my system and just the way I want it effortlessly.

If you need my advice, I would say, yeah, go for it. It won't disappoint and maybe you could end up making your life easier.
All in one Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
All the industries in one solution to automate all the processes and have a real time analytics. It is a new frontier in enterprise software systems, with the up and coming AI revolution. Due to certain and unfortunate circumstances I was laid off but have no hard feelings it was a great time that I was there I learned a lot and advance my career greatly.

Nothing to point, maybe the price its the thing i dislike

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and easy to learn. Easy to automate any type of application. Mostly I liked IQ Bot to extract the data from multiple formats and stored into csv and we can do the validation in iq bot itself.
The another part is Meta Bot is also very well versed thing to automate the SAP Applications.It is very good if we can able to integrate the dll so we can able to do anything. It is easy to understand and easy to automate. We can able to automate complex business process.

What do you dislike about the product?
It wont support to integrate our owned DLL's. To automate the sap application we don't have the ability to automate using Object Cloning or any other Workbench activities.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to work with any application and seamlessly integrate all the pieces with almost no effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times working Microsoft office suite can be a little tricky, specially with Excel.

Automated reporting, report refreshes, manual repetitive tasks in EBS, ERP platforms, Share Point etc.

Automation Anywhere A2019 built makes it best cloud RPA platform, the Discovery BOT, AARI and all the new capabilities added to the tool makes it my preferred RPA Tool to solve complex business problems
IQ BOT is the best capability of the tool that has helped us to extract data from complex and unstructured documents with utmost accuracy level.
Due to their customer data "Privacy First" Approach in AA cloud , we undoubtedly recommend our different clients to host their solution on their cloud which makes it easy to access and setup account

What do you dislike about the product?
Few things that I dislike about Automation Anywhere are:
We faced few challenges on Citrix Automation but one of my friend suggested to try out the Citrix automation plugin that AA has come up with and we are trying to use that in our code.
Work queues is also another area where we faced challenges while working on AA

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved different business problems using Automation Anywhere such as finding out erroneous codes in the EOB(Explanation of benefits) sent to the patient , payment posting, correction of enrolled member data, provider outreach management and have realized various benefits like FTE savings, increased accuracy, improved first pass resolution rate, etc.

I would recommend Automation Anywhere tool to those who are starting their new journey in RPA, It is one of the best tools and they are adding new and new capabilities to making it an intelligent automation tool.
