What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Automation anywhere is the way it is designed and the way we can reuse our taskbots and metabots. Predesigned activities like loops, integration activities and customized reporting features make Automation Anywhere stand distinct among other RPA tools. PDF, Excel, DB and Outlook activities can be use straight away without any difficulty and can help to a great extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Problem with the trail version is the one major thing which I dislike - reason is because the trail version keeps disconnecting for every 2 minutes which make the problem complex for people working on trail versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working in financial domain to automate some daily business transactions using Automation Anywhere. This helped our team in show casing benefits to our clients in a very short time and great ROI. Reporting and dashboard are the key feature which were liked by the whole team which benefits our client where he can showcase these reports to end business users.

What do you like best about the product?
Distributed solution and supports variety of applications or IT domains. You can automate ERP solution, automate the business scenario once and run many times. It reduces the human errors, first correct and consistency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you can use something like object spy to get object properties. I've not explored yet, but if one can write VBA then instead of drag or drop we can automate by writing some code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now i'm still learning to upgrade my skills. However i can see the potential of tool automating non-engineering and engineering tasks for IT companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Being less versed with scripting, Automation Anywhere came to rescue to automate almost everything with no actual scripting involved. Dashboard shows everything and navigation is quite easy and anyone can understand the flow between various categories displayed on the dashboard. Scheduling and trigger automation scripts is quite easy to understand and easily manageable. One tool that enables us to automate desktop applications, web applications, Citrix and SAP. Automation anywhere, I guess, is the first automation tool, to my understanding, has cognitive automation that involves machine learning and artificial intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visual display of process flow automated is missing. Having visual display of automated process flow would take the tool to another level altogether. I am not sure whether Automation Anywhere can be integrated with Team Foundation server (TFS). If this can be integrated then status of all automated scripts can be shown on the dashboards that can be created on TFS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, implementing business processes which is executed once on weekly basis manually and executing it usually takes 5 man days of effort. Having implemented business processes using Automation Anywhere will definitely save 30 hours of efforts approximately and will give good return on investment.

Automation Anywhere helps in automating business processes at a faster rate. It doesn't involves scripting, which is a plus point and can be used by anyone who understands what a automation is and what role does automation plays in a software industry.

Customer Reputation Management, there should be a more direct contact options than mailing/query.
For instance if I have an urgent query at the workplace then i should have an instant medium of communication either by 24/7 chat or call support as the work might get hampered due to this.

I enjoy having the classes and the pre-done modules that are already integrated with SAP. Also the recording function as it makes the tasks easier to automate.

I am solving repetitive keying as well as SAP GL downloads . I am also able to run a lot of my reports before I enter the office so I am no longer just running reports and can spend more time analyzing.

The product could use a few more features. A filter on the action commands would be helpful. Some more built-in .NET integration would be helpful too. The amount of scripting needed to calculate dates (today -x for example) and reformating seems a bit much. The Control Room doesn't feel, for me, as intuitive and functional as the actual AA client. Replacement of antiquated software that is not nearly as capable of automation scripting as some of the newer RPA solutions.
